I don’t love the flavor of the shake, I mix it with a little nut butter and almond milk. But the supplements and program always make me feel good! I’ve done it multiple times. The more I stick to it the more effective it is, but even when I’m more lenient I feel results. It reduces inflammation, supports digestion, and my body literally works better at everything after.

This detox is incredible! To be honest, I really wasn’t excited about it before I started because it is requires a lot of dietary changes during the 7 days, but after experiencing the benefits of the detox, I knew I wanted to start doing it every 3-6 months. I’ve done it twice now and it has improved my mental focus, my sleep quality, and even eliminated my need for caffeine.

I should have known when they don't stand by the product enough to support a return policy that this wouldn't be a wise purchase. A friend suggested it and I purchased without investigating (another bad idea). The ingredients list sugar and the ever mysterious "natural flavors". Who ever heard of a clean detox containing sugar? I eat a very clean diet (no gluten or dairy and lots of fruits, vegetables, fish. I followed directions for two days and then stopped. The drinks taste terrible but that wouldn't be a deal breaker for me. What makes me take the time to write the review is that I felt very sick for four days. I had the worst migraine I have ever had (for four days) and could not get off the couch or out of the dark as a result. Yes, I know there are side effects with a detox but this went beyond that. If you want to embark on a detox regimen, I suggest you find a local health food store or reputable functional medicine doctor to help you find products that you can return. This company seems to be all about profit, in my opinion, as they keep sending emails trying to sell me more products. NOT A FAN.

I won’t place the positive aspects of this detox as those prior have noted it already. This detox works really well. However my protein powder did not last until the end of my detox. Just did my last shake of the day and there is nothing left for my last two days. Very disappointed that I won’t be able to complete the detox. I may just do a 24 hour fast to compensate but would have like to finish the full detox. NOT HAPPY.

Wanted to treat myself and decided to do something to kick start my health since I was feeling sluggish. The 7 day detox in chocolate was not bad tasting at all. Sometimes I drank it cold other time I would had warm water tricking myself into thinking it was hot chocolate. The first 2 days were not bad by 3rd day I was getting headaches and was tired which was from caffeine withdrawal. Overall I felt great when I was done would definitely do it again.

I have done several dozen cleanses in my life. I am 58 years old and have an M.D. degree. Past favorites have included the Chopra 7 day cleanse and a fantastic formula from Blessed Herbs but unfortunately these products are no longer available. This did NOT act like a detox cleanse with healthy occasional trips to the bathroom. Instead it constipated me completely for 3 days. I got restless legs on day 2, headaches, and extreme muscle fatigue despite drinking copious amounts of water. Needless to say I quit the cleanse on day 3 and was a bit disappointed with the experience for the cost. Please be warned this is a very harsh cleanse for certain individuals.
