This is the first sealer I received a recommendation for when asking other crafters about sealing my diamond dotz paintings. Since at time, a number of companies have gotten in on the diamond dot craze & there are lots of sealer choices. I've seen recommendations to use Mod Podge, fabric glue, and sealers made by specific diamond painting companies. I will admit that I've tried a few of these other sealers, especially the ones designated as being "for diamond painting sealing" but I come right back to this sealer again & again. This sealer goes on clear & thin, you can use a regular paint brush or a foam brush (if you want to just throw brush away after completion), & you can reapply or apply more than one coat if you want thicker sealing or you accidentally bend your painting after the sealer has dried (can you tell that's me?!? LOL) The sealer always dries crystal clear & a little goes a long way. I especially love how it fills in the spaces between the dotz/tiles so that the painting looks even more realistic than it would without the sealer. I've also found that there is no need to get the painting framed with special glass over it even when the painting receives some sunlight through surrounding windows. The sealer does a great job of not yellowing over time & being easy to dust/wipe down if needed. So, now, instead of spending a bunch of money getting my paintings framed at local shops, I can seal them myself, frame them in the bevy of frame options offered by Amazon & other "discount" companies, & spend all that saved money on buying more diamond painting kits!! Win WIN!!!

Make sure the surface is prepped and ready. I use sandpaper to sand my wood projects, gesso over that then I glaze . Do it quickly , do not in a hot area or sun out of the wind , don’t overwork the area repeat do not work overwork it. Creates a beautiful glaze shine that pops out all my colors as I paint on my objects with acrylic. Love this product.

We love to Mod Podge and this makes a super shiny top coat!

Was hoping it would replace resin... Nope

I have already purchased this before, but from a local store, but my friend told me to come on Amazon because it was just a little bit cheaper. I do a lot of crafting and this is a really great product to seal things. My main reason for purchasing this item was because of the cost. I already knew it was a great thing for crafting.

Arrived quickly and the price was great.

This makes my crafts really glossy and shiny. Makes a great finishing coat.

Excellent, lives up to description

It is the perfect sealer on diamond paintings and stiffens the canvas for easy framing.

Ordered two pottles of TRIPLE THICK. One arrived in good condition, contents were fine. The other arrived with seal broken and lid off and contents spilled out inside packaging rendering it unusable due to there being nothing left of the product to use.Not happy considering the price of these items. Not happy considering how much I paid for delivery and NOTHING done to provide protective packaging to minimise product damage due to transportation.I buy two items, I expect to receive two USABLE items.
