I found this machine to have very poor build quality and design. The top plastic plate came off within a few minutes of use, and the lugs which should have retained it broke when I replaced it. The on/off lock was very wobbly, and could easily slide into the unlocked position while just handling the machine. Threading the machine was difficult (even using a head magnifier), because the thread path included a rather inaccesible retaining hook. The needle-threader supplied with the machine was just a thin partial (L-shaped) hook rather than the usual micro-loop, and did not really help threading. The instruction sheet had some diagrams intended to help setup, but these were so small and vague that they were almost completely useless.

This product only worked briefly and then wouldn’t sew. I bought it to sew labels onto school clothes. I tested it on the piece of fabric it came with and it worked fine then when I went to sew a label on it wouldn’t work. It looked like the under side needed re threading so I emailed the supplier for help. They said that it must have broken in the post and gave me an instant refund without requiring the product back. So I now have a broken machine and I am not inclined to buy a new one unless I can be certain it will work. It seemed a good idea but it ended up being more hassle than not having it. Not sure if a more expensive version would work better.

I imagine this would have been very easy to use if it worked. Didn't work when I took it out the box so was returned straight away

Useless. Only does a one- way stitch that comes loose after a slight pull.

Sorry but this is useless. It doesn’t do the job. I had to return it because it couldn’t do any stitch right.

Din't work! Really this machine is not sewing. It is only making holes

Build quality is terrible.

I guess i bought a fake one. Doesn't do the simple job it needs to do.
