Older female likes for purse/gun bag but...
This is a really nice bag. I have been looking for a smallish-medium size cross body bag (maybe sometimes worn as a hip/waist pack) to use as purse with the option of also being able to carry my handgun, which usually is a S&W airweight hammerless 642 revolver. I am a small, older female and I don't like any kind of purse that is too big or heavy. I also prefer a purse that has an "organizer" section that usually includes slots for ID/credit cards, and an area for money with a zip pocket for coins, so I don't have to carry a wallet in the bag/purse, which just makes any bag heavier, and less convenient to use. For this purpose my favorite purse has been the Baggallini Everyday bag but there is not enough room to properly carry my revolver. Well, the Elite Avenger bag is almost perfect for this but not quite.I love the size but would have to carry a wallet, and because of the other items I carry I would need to put it in the same compartment where the gun would go. I prefer the gun having its own separate compartment. The smaller zippered compartment in front of the gun compartment holds a surprising amount of stuff, and it has some elastic loops to contain some of your items. A bifold or trifold wallet could fit in that compartment (but not a longer clutch length like my Big Skinny Panther). I had in that pocket a small multi-tool knife, reading glasses in a metal case, small Olight SR1 Baton flashlight, pen, small iPhone SE, ziplock baggy containing dental floss, a few tablets of over-the-counter medications and bandaids. More stuff could've fit.In the zipper pocket on the very front of the bag, which is the easiest pocket to access, held my car remote, a couple keys on a key ring, and lip balm. More items could fit but it would probably be too small for most of today's smartphones. On the exterior side of the bag, is a sort of stacked triple elastic loop system that held my pepper spray. On the exterior back of the bag there are two velcro loops that I'm assuming could be used to hook the bag to a belt. This was unnecessary bulk for me and would've loved it if the loops could be removed from the bag. But, the loops do allow for an additional way to carry on the hip or waist. For use as a hip bag I preferred using the adjustable, detachable shoulder strap around my waist, making for easy hip carry even if you don't have a belt on. I would've loved a pocket on the back exterior, either zipper or a slip which would be great for a phone. The compartment designated for a handgun is lined on one side by strong velcro, and is plenty roomy but the included trigger-guard type holster didn't fit my revolver. A flatter .380 or 9mm might be fine with the included holster, which sticks nicely to the velcro lined compartment. Something like a velcro-backed Kydex holster would fit nicely.I ordered and compared this to the Maxpedition Neatfreak, and a standard women's purse (Travelon Momento), Gun Tote'n Mamas Cross Body Organizer purse, and the Urban Utility Bag (also called UKoala) Kodiak model. For all these bags the prices ranged quite a bit. This Elite Avenger bag was my 2nd favorite but I returned it and got the UKoala Kodiak bag which was sadly the most expensive. The UKoala bag isn't perfect either but it's the best, so far, for me. I would certainly recommend anyone to give the Elite Avenger a try. It's well-built but lightweight, and a nice size that could work for a lot people and uses.

This is a cool little bag
This is a cool little bag. It has the nice loop material inside the main compartment for attaching a holster strap for securing the firearm. The bag material and construction are nice. The zippers are some of the best I have ever seen. This bag would get 5 stars if it was bigger. It is just really too small to carry anything other than your concealed firearm, a spare mag, and maybe a phone if you can squeeze it in. The bag is really tiny. I wish they made this into a "sling" style, and made it about 2 inches bigger in every dimension - then it would be perfect. I kept this bag but bought another sling style bag made by TruSpec. The TruSpec bag is the perfect size, has some really functional pockets and a great shoulder strap. Plenty of elastic fabric material tie downs in the pockets. The TruSpec bag is almost like a mini backpack and it is perfect for holding personal items and was definitely designed for concealed carry. I bought that bag at Optics Planet.

EXCELLENT DESIGN FOR YOUR SPECIAL CARRY NEEDS 4"+ - .45
Excellent over all, nice color and not a flaw in the stitching. The rear most large pocket is equipped with a wide hook and loop repetitional setup to secure a weighty item. There is no print through for a thick carried item. In the second of the three pockets there are two wide bands of elastic that would secure two items of about 1 1/2" wide. The front pocket will house keys, wallet, and change. With the adjustable shoulder strap with swivel snaps and a handy carry handle this completes a very nice package.P.S. Not sure on the heavy duty bungee cord is for I will leave that to your imagination .Tom

Excellent Product
Excellent product — this concealment case fills in the myriad shortfalls of most other offerings in the crowded field of pistol cases. From my previous experience with Elite Survival Systems, they seem to offer a unique line of products that offer a bit more storage and more customizable options. Highly recommend this great case & awesome brand.

Great Product!
Very good manufacturing quality. Extremely convenient for carrying everything you would otherwise carry in our pockets: wallet, keys, etc. In terms of carrying a handgun in it, will easily fit a full size combat handgun. Any full size, double-stack 45 will fit with ease. It will also fit additional magazine in the main compartment and two magazines in the smaller compartment. The weight will become an issues, but not the pack's capacity.

Not just a "MURSE"
Great alternative to strapping on a holster and looking for clothing that won't betray your hand gun to everybody. No longer do I have to change clothes in order to make a quick trip to the store. No need to wear clothing waaaay to hot for a summers day in the south. Just grab this litle bag which holds my Glock 19 and 2 spare magazines. So quick and easy. Bag is very sturdy and made in the USA! Zippers are quality and rugged. Strap has plastic clips to attach to plastic D rings but they also are very sturdy.

Well made, tough and durable.
Nice little bag for carrying a wallet and a cellphone. In Canada, we cannot carry our handguns anywhere except to and from the range, but it is nice to own this bag for other small things like a wallet and cellphone knowing that they are well protected from elements like rain, wind and snow, etc, it even fits a well folded shopping bag and car keys.Exactly what I needed when going out grocery shopping etc.Haven't tried to put any pistols in it as it's pointless to even try it because we have strict firearm laws but I'm sure it would fit any full size automatic and a few mags, so if you live south of our border it's definitely something to consider.Shoot safe and don't forget to bring your thermos bottle with coffee to the range :)

Four Stars
Seems a little basic inside(holster is just a velcro strap) but does work well.
