Based on a review from my instructor, this is still 98% accurate though. I have found it super helpful, but I have not taken the certifcation exam yet...so we will see ;) Review: Planning, Protection and Optimization ITIL V3 Intermediate Capability - Book was the smaller hand sized version, I was expecting the full size book; however, I am pleased with this book and have not returned. I have access to the larger one if needed for more than reference material. I would buy from this seller again.

Book was the smaller hand sized version, I was expecting the full size book; however, I am pleased with this book and have not returned. I have access to the larger one if needed for more than reference material. I would buy from this seller again.

Pratique mais ...
Ces guides sont pratiques pour retrouver une information. Dommage ils sont en version 2007 et pas encore mis à jour en version 2011. Ces guides sont donc inutiles dans le cadre d'une révision pour les certifications qui sont maintenant en 2011.
