UPDATED: Mfg responded immediately to: Damaged parts, missing parts, & poor instructions
UPDATE: Mfg Rep was VERY responsive and shipped missing part without any further hassle in one day. We all agreed that if this was made in USA price would be prohibitive (I was thankful for being able to afford it). Upgrading my review because MFG rep promised to try and get MFG to make changes to packaging, instructions, and other suggestions below. As we move toward a world economy and online shopping we need to vote with our wallets and help manufacturers meet the demands of disparate markets. Attached pic of replaced [email protected] received the 35 x 70 rolling whiteboard from Amazon order #114-xxxxxxxxxxxx. Packaging was fairly well done but not sufficient to prevent damage. Missing Damaged parts:1) Several of the A5 crown nuts had come off the bolts and were sloshing around the inside of the package, one A5 Crown Nut was missing. Makes me wonder why the MFG did not just put nuts and bolts in a bag along with the wheels in the hardware box. I purchased a nut at a local hardware store, but this is frustrating and a waste of my time.2) The A8 Black Flip Knob was broken and needs to be replaced, presumably because of the weight of the other hardware and lacking proper padding in the hardware box. Please send a replacement.3) The A1 Locking casters screwed into the nuts at the bottom of the vertical stand but the nuts kept spinning such that there was no way to fully tighten the wheels. Nothing needs to be done here, but I would appreciate if your mfg engineered good quality. It is not hard to care. Please note to the MFG that the instructions pretty poor, as follows:1) STEP 1: I installed the A9 Marker tray before realizing the A8 black flip knob also had to be installed from step 2. Suggest combining step 1 and step 2 with a three part (rail, tray, knob) exploded view.2) STEP 1/ 2: After reinstalling with A8 Black Flip Knob over A9 marker tray to cross rail I discovered the marker tray was upside down. The instructions did not point out that it should be installed with the ridges on the tray facing up and with the thicker of the overlap section facing down. Perhaps a "TOP / FACE UP" and "BOTTOM / FACE DOWN" sticker on the marker tray would help. If not then this should be called out in the instructions.3) STEP 4: The note at the top that says "Pro Tip: Make sure indentations on vertical frame are facing inward during this step" was unclear and took me a while to figure out what the requirement was. It is not an "indentation" it is a "cut" or "Slot". I kept looking for a curve in the frame or other small line / indentation, etc. Almost gave up because "Pro Tip" made me think this was not required but was just something that would make installation easier. Would have been better to say "ATTENTION: U shaped round cuts on vertical frame MUST be facing inward to support the rotating white board". Also a sticker to say "face inward" on both frames would be helpful. Please also let me know when you have changed the culture of poor quality for products made overseas. I understand American price pressure is the problem, but I would have paid more and have preferred to inspect at the store. However, the internet has made that difficult if not impossible. -Ed

tldr: Great Product > Arrived Damaged > but amazing Customer Service > so 5 stars (stuff happens)
I usually stay away from writing these things, largely because I am not entirely convinced it makes that big of an impact. Having said that, this was great customer service, essentially, it was what I would have done if it were my own business...so I was thoroughly happy. So lets talk about the itemProduct:Really sturdyWell builtCool flip featureEasy assemblyCame on timeIt is a little tall if you plan to have kids write on it [... as long as you reserve the lower half of the white board then it is fine.]Initial concerns:I have hard wood floors so was not sure if it would just be sliding all over the place when I tried to write. I can confidently report that I had no problems there, as the wheels locked in place and still were not slippery. My experience:As I said the product came on time, but had a massive dent in the board and an assembly nut was missing. It was very well packed, but something clearly rammed it and of course ... the missing nut. Needless to say I was royally pissed. In the packing material there was a courtesy note that said if anything was wrong that I should email "Scott". So I took some pics and emailed and went to bed prepping to fight to get my money back, and somehow figure out how to repack and return this huge thing to a UPS. By the time I woke up the next morning Scott had already replied, and asked for some additional info. He apologized and said he would send replacements and that I didn't have to return the damaged board. This was crazy to me! So all email exchanges considered, my issues were apologized for and promised to be addressed, all within about 48 hours. Being a proud skeptic, I was still doubtful (since it all happened text book perfect) so I waited till everything came in the mail. Sure enough everything did and I just had to dump the old board :(.So there it is ...if you want a sturdy practical board and know you are also getting amazing customer service if anything (within reason of course) is wrong, just buy it.This has been a game changer especially with all this at-home-learning...good luck!

Wonderful customer support!
The white-board arrived, and I was excited. Then I noticed there was a hole in the side of the box. This was depressing, and I have to wonder who managed to accomplish it, because the whiteboard itself was double boxed, and both the boxes were thick. It appears someone dropped something heavy on the box, which left a dent in the whiteboard itself.I reached out to Office Signal's customer support, and they were absolutely pleasant to talk to. They resolved the issue without any problems, and I'm very pleased with the resolution. The company was so responsive that the whole problem was resolved the same day I got the delivery. In regards to the whiteboard itself, it is very well put together. Even the dent from whatever was dropped on it was nowhere near as big as I was expecting it to be based on the size of the holes in the box. The panel held up extremely well (was an indention roughly the size of a nickel). It didn't make it through the panel though. It was very quick and easy to setup. I think if anything lighter had fallen on it there wouldn't even be a dent. (Whatever it was had to be REALLY heavy to make it's way through two separate boxes.)I think this is a good buy. You've got Amazon support behind it, and the company Office Signals is very responsive as well.
