Gray has a purple tint to it
We bought this to wear with a navy blue dress that has a gray tint to the skirt. The gray on the shrug has a definite purple tint to it, so it won't work for us. Otherwise, it is a beautiful little shrug that would have worked well for our needs.

The website picture is much prettier than the actual product.
This does not look at all as pictured. It appeared on the website to be a light, silvery gray with a sheen to it. In reality it is dark gray, with absolutely no sheen.

Looks nothing like picture
The picture shown is a silver gray and I received a dark gray one. I ordered it in navy weeks ago. Loved it, this one looks nothing like it. Completely different and too dark.
