Not familiar with a racquetball, are they hard? (looking to use instead of tennis ball for rolling muscles)

They are not hard, they are about the same "squishyness" as a tennis ball with a alot more grip. I use them for rolling my muscles a lacrosse ball is too much or not grippy enough. These are perfect for rolling out your forearms, ankles, back of you neck, and jaw muscles.

Are these good for dogs playing fetch?

I have a Jack Russell who chews through everything, but loves fetch. These balls are perfect for him! They could obviously be a chocking hazard for a large dog, but they’re the perfect size for him and so far, he’s not managed to tear it in to pieces!

Has anyone compared this with the Wilson 20/20 pink balls on indoor court?

We play this 20/20 and the other Wilson pink ball all the time. They bounce and weight about the same. This 20/20 has a deeper hue for sight. Both are fast.

How many balls in total?

There are 3 balls. They were Terrible! First time we hit one it split. The other 2 were so soft we couldn't play with them. Think you should look for others.
