Don't expect the wear this while doing any sort of activity; it slides down with the packs inserted. AND htere is no copper infused in the cloth...CopperFit is just branding on this one.

I purchased this item for my dad, who had a recent injury to his shoulder. He had been complaining of pain and cold intolerance in that arm/ shoulder. I did some research, purchased the product and received it quickly. He immediately started using it the same day it arrived. He stated that is helped with his pain and the ability to warm the insert he relieved that issue also. I would definitely recommend this product for use. very easy to apply, well worth the cost.

This product is nice due to the fact that it is manageable. you can put it on and walk around with it on hands free. Although it is used for both hot and cold, I have only used it for cold. it is small enough to put the whole thing in the freezer. I however have not been able to find replacement packs for them so as far as I know you have to buy a whole new one if they are damaged.

Everything about this product is off. For starters, with many attempts and reading the instructions (which are poorly portrayed by bad, hard to understand, poor quality graphics), I was not able to get this thing on and secured. Maybe I am too small, women's size extra large, but it just does not work for me. The shoulder wings do not lay against my body like shown in the photo: instead they stick out like wings. If I try to cinch it up, it digs very deeply into my under arm and then the anchoring strap is way, way to long. I will be returning this item, and unfortunately do not recommend it.

This has helped my shoulder pain immensely.As a rural mail carrier for the USPS, I used my left arm a lot more than my right to steer from the passenger side.The included gel packs are microwavable to provide heat when needed and freezable for when cold will do.The printed instructions can be a little confusing, but they also have a YouTube video you can watch to make it easier and more understandable.The bands are comfortable, the elasticity perfect, the Velcro very strong, but the plastic guides can be painful under the arms if you do not apply them correctly to each shoulder.The heat doesn't last as long as 20 minutes like it says but it only takes about 30 seconds To reheat them. The pouches for the packs are pretty large so you can use other gel ice/heat packs while the originals are in the freezer.The fabric is really nice and sturdy, seams do not poke or scratch bare skin, and the copper prevents any odor or microbial growth. I use a wet rag to wipe it off when I'm done and hang it or fold it up when I'm not using it.If you think you need it, you do.

In my line of work I often experience shoulder pain and this product has worked wonders for me after a long day on the job. It allows me to continue to be mobile and do things around the house. In the past, I just sucked up the pain because there was no real convenient way to ease it. I can't believe they haven't come up with something like this sooner.

Once you get it set up, it’s fabulous! The instructions for putting this together are not very well done. It took five different people to find somebody who was able to figure out how to put it together for right shoulder. I have had a bad rotator cuff for years and have always had to cob something together to be able to either treat it with ice or heat. This works great!

My husband injured his shoulder and was applying ice every night. He needed something he could wear while up and about in the house. This product is great for that. It also works to wear to bed. It has 2 gel filled gel bags which freeze easily. In fact, he puts the whole thing in the freezer without needing to dismantle it. If he feels he needs more cold, he inserts a small ice pack on the inside. The first time he used it, it was a bit of a challenge which direction the straps went. But with a little patience (and a lot of help from me, his wife) he figured it out and has no trouble doing it by himself now. I recommend this product.
