pH and Alkalinity Down - Water Balancing, Crystal Clear Water, Alkalinity Reducer for Spa and Swimming Pool, Maintenance, Comfortable Relaxation, Refreshing, 1.25 Pounds

It requires so much product to get your PH into “acceptable range” and as soon as you use the hot tub PH skyrockets again. Within 2 weeks of adding this product my hot tub was foaming like a bubble bath. I’d rather have high PH and high Alkalinity than have to constantly change my water. As long as you aren’t getting calcium build up I honestly wouldn’t worry about high alkalinity and PH.

Have not used any product yet so cannot attest to how it works...however all of the other brands of PH down chemicals I have ever bought are 2.5 lbs.... for around $13.... this is only HALF that size! 1.25 lbs.... for about the same price! :( I didn't read the fine print of pounds... since I had never seen any size bottle besides the 2.5 pounds.... My bad... but this particular bottle is a very poor value!!!

My alkalinity was running high in my hot tub and I didn't see anything else but this to try. My pH was low, so I don't like that it lowers both alk and pH. I was running in the next color past the "OK" area on the test strip chart and I had to use 8 doses to move the alk at all. It is difficult to use, takes a half hour to register, it is very toxic out of the container... I am keeping my eye out for something better.

One product that reduces both alkalinity and PH. It's easy to use and works great! In the past we have always bought two products to reduce alkalinity and PH, but decided to give this one a try. It works better than the separate products in just one dose. One and done! Super pleased and will continue to purchase this product for our hot tub going forward.

It did drop the PH. Nothing to the alkaline. Can't say it's a bad product, just didn't do what I was hoping. I was wanting the alkalinity to drop.

I have a 380 gallon stock tank pool with a spa heater. Had been struggling to balance the water chemistry until this stuff arrived. It took very little to get my ph and alkalinity down. I'm very happy with it. No complaints.

This is great!! One product for 2 connecting issues AND IT WORKS!! I had used so many chemicles to lower ph and alkalinity I had to drain and refill my hot tub. This product is right on the money!!! THANK YOU!!
