Great for MCAS & waffles!
I am so thankful I discovered this flour, I use SO much of it! I have severe MCAS & can only eat 6 foods. I eat a LOT of rice waffles every day, this flour helps me do that. I do mix it with Anthony's White Rice Flour, some protein powder, & baking powder. I use a Belgian waffle maker with some cooking spray, otherwise it sticks BAD. But the recipe I've put together gives me thick, fluffy waffles! I've also used it for baking cookies, muffins, & pressing crepes for tortilla substitutes. It's not going to be as fluffy & crumbly as other flours, but I'm not allergic to this one so I'm happy! 😀 Here is my waffle recipe, it makes a HUGE batch so adjust accordingly! 4 cups brown rice flour 4.5 cups white rice flour 1.5 cups brown rice protein powder 3 Tbsp baking powder

Ordering for the second time — great quality!
I’m ordering this flour for the second time. I really liked it for all kinds of baking. I used it both on its own and as part of my custom flour blends. The large package is very economical. Now I’m planning to try other types of flour from this brand.

Quality redults
Quality product. I use this in my gluten free sour dough bread starter and recipes. I have used other brands but find Anthony's to be the best quality for the price.

Good quality flour, well-milled, package seal could be improved
I ordered Anthony's Brown Rice flour for use in baking and making some sauces (I usually prefer corn starch but have been trying to branch out). This is a nicely milled, fine flour that mixes well in my recipes - it is the main component of a sourdough bread mix that I use and the bread turned out nicely with a good flavor. My sole complaint is that the resealable zipper top did not seal. The top of the bag is closed and it arrived intact, however the inner zipper seal was open and would not close. I ended up putting the remaining flour in a gallon ziploc bag. So if you have a ziploc bag handy when you order this, you're fine. 4 stars for good quality flour.
