I ordered a set of these for my husband because he loves plastic glasses with a handle. They appeared to be attractive and something I would be happy to put on my table. I was so very happy when they arrived! They are very light sturdy - they are dependable without looking like a chunky plastic glass. My husband loves them and believe or not so do I - the woman who will not use plastic glasses. In fact I had to order another set so I always have enough in the cupboard.If you are looking for a nice looking plastic mug these are the ones for you. Worth every penny!!

We've been using these for a couple of weeks and they seem to be a great mug. Crystal clear, light weight, and adequate volume. (12 oz to top). We've run them through the dishwasher a number of times and they look as good as new when taken out. So far, we're impressed.ADDENDUM:It's been a little over 6 months & I can give you a better review of these mugs. Do I still like them... Yes! But they do have some flaws to be aware of and their useful life may not be as long as you would like. I will post 3 pictures. Both mugs were used exclusively for hot instant coffee.1 mug went through the dishwasher many times and it's use involved hot water being added to the empty mug.The other never went through the dishwasher but was hand washed, and it's water was always heated by adding cold water to the mug and then heating it in the microwave.The dishwasher mug developed scratches along the brim.and sides and by 4-5 months looked very scuffed up. It developed a large crack through the base which extended up the side of the mug. It eventually started leaking coffee through the crack and so it was retired. This was the first mug to fail and happened at about 5 months.The nondishwasher mug that was used by adding cold water to the mug and then microwaving developed multiple large cracks in it's bottom that radiated through it's center like a pizza pie. Each crack extended up the side of the mug for 1 to 3 inches. 2 other 2" cracks formed higher up on the sides and weren't connected to the base cracks. Eventually one of the large base cracks started leaking, which ended its useful life. This one failed at about 6 months.So, with only 6 months of use, 2 of 8 mugs failed due to large cracks which eventually started leaking. I'm just reporting my experience, so I'll let you be your own judge to make your decision.

As other buyers mentioned, these are not big. They are slightly smaller than a typical beer mug, so probably won't hold a whole can of beer. They definitely won't hold a whole can of soda with ice - but that's okay because the ice dilutes soda anyway, so it works great to pour the rest of the can in after the first glassful is gone. Also, I bought these mugs for juice which I drink without ice so they work perfectly for me.The best thing about these mugs is the handle, and the fact they are lighter than a glass mug. My hands are not as strong as they used to be, so I wanted something lighter than glass with handles - which is hard to find! So I was very pleased to find these.I have had them about a month and have washed them several times in the top shelf of the dishwasher and they have held up very well. I have had other acrylic glasses crack or striate but these still look as clear as they did a month ago.

Absolutely nothing was wrong with the make of the glass or the description. Seller shipped promptly and I have no complaints with any of that. I have given four stars simply because I felt like a giant holding these. They are 15oz like it says I just had no idea that 15oz cup was so small. It fits a 12oz beer with about an 1" or so at top of glass for the froth. My main problem is that my hand does not fully fit in handle of mug only three fingers. When I was holding it up to show my wife she laughed saying it I looked like a giant. I am about 6'1" and 200 lbs so buyers beware if you want a full size mug this is not for you

I was surprised when I opened these. I'm sure it was my fault for relying on the photograph and not looking to see if there were actual measurements in the ad. But I opened the box and they are not an "average" size mug. They still fit the need I was looking to fill so I didn't return them, but be sure to double check the measurements before you order.

These mugs are very nice and were just what we were looking for. They are very light yet appear to be a glass mug. They have a very nice smooth finish and the handle is just right. They hold more than they appear to (16 oz). Great for 12 oz. sodas, beers and other drinks that fizz up or to add ice cubes. They are easy to clean due to their fairly wide inside diameter (2 3/4"). We're very pleased with these mugs! Also, these would be great for the elderly or handicapped folks who can not manage heavy items and need a good grip.

These mugs were very important to me because of a problem I have with cold hands. The mugs allow me to drink cold beverages while keeping my fingers away from the cold. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because the edges were a little rough around the rim. I would also suggest a set might contain different colors so you can easily determine your drink from another persons.

I had hoped these mugs were a bit heavier, but I still love them. They are easy for young children and the elderly to handle. I haven't had them long, so I don't know how well they will hold up.I have just dropped my rating from 5 to 3. I have had these glasses for approx. 6 weeks. I have never put them in the dishwasher or microwave. I have only hand washed. Today I have discovered one has a crack right where the handle is joined to the glass, it is now leaking!!! Very disappointed, had high hopes for this glass. Hope the other 3 hold up.
