I've been using these for 3 months. I love them.Pros..These are great. Everything I need each day.I woke away from home so diet isn't always in check as I can't prep my own meals, I just have to take what I'm given. These allow me to make sure I get the essential minerals and vitamins each day.They come in a blister pack. EXCELLENT. Where I work anything that isn't sealed can't be taken, so a half open bottle of vitamins can't be taken with me. These on the other hand are individually sealed so halfway through a pack I can throw them in my bag and not have to worry (may not be a big deal to some but fantastic for me!).They cover a range of needs, from vitamins to gut. Don't often see a product like this!ConsOne of the tablets tastes terrible, this could put some people off, but something I'm used to so not a major problem.Overall I don't think I could ask for any more than they deliver. I can't say they make me feel more awake, or feel better. But then I can't with any vitamin tablet. Bioavailability against a normal diet is diminished due to absorb ability and most of it will probably be passed out anyway. But. Gives me a slight reassurance that when I can't eat everything I should be it might offer my body that little bit that it needs.I'm happy with this and would recommend to anyone who may be looking for a good vitamin tablet!

I used this product as I work away and sometimes my diet can be poor.. It has everything that I need to keep me running at maximum output .. I found that after a few days to a week of taking them I woke up easier on the early starts and felt more energised thought the day.. The only down side I had was that I felt my body became used to them and towards the end of the month I wants as fresh as I had been.. (Maybe down to lifestyle at the time) if your looking for a product that will give you a boost and give you an all around wellbeing feel you must try.. Also easy to tear off daily strips.. A must try

Excellent - everything you need in a convenient strip, my 2nd box has just been delivered. Not going to make loads of claims about feeling amazing etc... I do feel overall better in myself and slightly more energetic, I have no doubt after taking these for close to a month they're contributing to this feeling but I've also been eating healthily as well. I'm content in the knowledge that taking these each day means my body is getting an excellent source of everything it needs.These really stand-out from other products and are well worth the price tag for simply being an all-in-one (strip) daily dose of everything you need. I love the fact these are in strips, means I can take them to work, travelling etc..., with absolute ease.

The idea and ease of these supplements is great and although the red tablet is very large the deal breaker is the yellow tablet. It’s a chore every day to take that. Smells like farts, tastes sticks around and it’s large like the red tablet. So I won’t be purchasing again until something changes with that yellow tablet… yuk

I opted for these since I've wanted to try them for a while now to see how they fare against Animal Pak. I used to take Animal Pak pills, but they are a serious choking risk due to their size, so I switched to the powder drink version, but become sick of the taste. I was hopeful of these and thought that I could perhaps achieve them same from less pills. There's a multivit, Acidophulus and Bifidus, Essential Fatty Acid and an Antixodant. With strong multivitamins, I do expect to be able to feel an increase in energy. I appreciate that some brands have caffeine in them, but I can feel energy garnered from vitamin B6 alone. What's more, I don't feel tired and can do without afternoon naps and lying in bed till late. Unfortunately after taking these, I noted no increase in energy and I was just as tired as I usually am when I take no vitamins. This isn't to say that they aren't doing me good, but that feeling is just missing and the lethargy still remains. I expect a 'pick-up' from a strong multivitamin - especially one that's aimed at bodybuilders and the like, but sadly these didn't deliver.
