Needed them in a hurry

I find this to be a very good product. I had to re-order what the wound clinic had ordered for me from a medical supplier. I didn't want to pay what that supplier billed to the insurance company and this item appeared to be the same item at a better price. The wording on the box was slightly different but everything else appeared to be the same.The wound I bought these for had healed by the time I got to open this item but knew I'd need them in time.I just cut my hand and felt it would be a good time to use this product. I'm very pleased. Unless I'm missing something, I'm going to say this is the same bandage I was using for my deep wound. Sticks very well to my hand and I love the cushiony feel about it, trusting it will also absorb rather than disperse blood under the skin. I will order them again when I need to.

Previous bandages left skin damage. These do not do that.

I used them for my husband's pressure sores. They helped protect against "rubbing" of clothing on his skin.

These are wonderful dressings for wounds. They come off easily and don't cause much discomfort.

Allevyn life bandages are the best I have found. I have a skin condition called Hidradenitis Suppurativa and need bandages constantly. These offer cushion for the tender wounds so my clothes don’t hurt them as much. The absorbency is great. They adhere well but they are very gentle on the skin when removing. I use them on very tender, very irritated areas and they don’t irritate them at all. These keep my wounds clean and dry and help them heal quicker. I wish they weren’t so expensive. I use 2 boxes/week. $44/week adds up, but they are the best I’ve found so I will continue to buy and recommend them to anyone else who has HS or wounds they bandage. Wishing I could find an affordable 3x8 size to use on my waistline wounds.

Our medical pad of choice for post breast surgery home care applications, with highly absorbent pad and gentle cushioning and easy release silicone border tape. We used a lot of these. as 10 to a box = 5 days for two breasts. Initially priced in the $40's, and fairly easy to find on Amazon, as we ordered more and more over a 5 month period these pads became scarce (on Amazon) and price rose into the high $60's.. Maybe a good example of supply and demand? The suppliers on Amazon were all good and for most part delivered promptly; however, some suppliers would fade away as they ran out of this product and did not seem to get any more for us to order. Each month, we'd move from one favored supplier to the next as the supplies dwindled and ran out from supplier to supplier. Subsequently, the prices started going up. Retail pricing for this product outside of Amazon can be in the $100's. Hopefully, the suppliers will reorder/restock for others who want to use this superior product via Amazon.
