Truly amazing flavor. This coconut milk will make whatever you are using it for “shine” as good quality ingredients is one of the most important part of food preparation.

I usually buy Aroy-D Coconut milk locally but haven't been able to find it lately. I love to make sort of slushies with it. I do like to freeze (mostly frozen) a small cup of it and then stir it up and eat it. It is a great substitute for ice cream. I love it in my coffee. This is the tastiest of all brands that I have found. The cost and quickness of delivery was great.

I have bought this product from other sellers on Amazon and I have had not had a problem. I use to rate this brand as the best coconut milk on the market. I have bought it locally for three years, until about 6 months ago when our Asian markets in Reno, Nevada could not longer access it, to sell, in the stores here. I received three boxes in the mail and all three of the boxes had severe separation of the oil from the milk.The oil looked like little round globules instead of the way it looks normally, when that happens. It is usually smooth and mushy. Coconut oil does solidify at very normal room temperatures. In the past, when this happened, I have poured the milk into a mixing bowl and beat it up to mix the milk with the oil. This product would not mix together and then I tried to drink some of the milk with all the lumps in it. It tasted awful!!! I can not tell you had bad it was.It did not even remotely taste like coconut milk. I am sure it had gone bad, which is very surprising since coconut oil has a very long shelf life and the expiration day was sometime in 2015. This company does not accept returns so I kept trying each box and they were all the same.I have bought this product from another seller on Amazon and it was excellent. I sent in a complaint to the company and have not had a response yet. I asked for a money refund or another try with this product for free. Perhaps it was not their fault, with storing in route. Issues can happen but I am hoping they make it right for me. I will let you know what happens.

Great alternative to non-dairy, sugary creamer

I recently decided to stop buying coconut milk from the store because of all the added stuff in it like calcium carbonate and the gums, thickening agents and preservatives. I decided to try this brand because i heard a lot of good things about it and I'm not disappointed, this brand is absolutely fantastic. The rich flavor, the thickness and the fact thats 100% coconut makes this brand my new #1There are a few things to be aware of before you buy this however, if you are used to buying the regular coconut milk that's by the nut milks at the store, this milk is quite different. Most coconut milks at grocery stores are pretty watered down so it makes a nice substitute to regular cows milk. This brand is NOT watered down its straight coconut milk so it's more think and creamy just like the canned coconut milk (and has a lot more calories per serving) but it's an easy fix, you can just dilute the milk yourself if you wanted to use it for cereal or something. Also since this brand does not have preservatives in it the open container will not last as long. I keep mine in the fridge for 4/5 days and it still smells fine but I think it says on the package it only lasts for 3 days so if you don't go through your milk that fast then that is something to think about. They do have really small containers so that's a good option if you don't go through yours fast. This is the best coconut milk I've had, it's great for baking, it's good for a coffee creamer, it's good in soups and even really good for hot cocoa. This is 100× better than the coconut milk I was buying at the store and its a lot healthier too with out all the additives.

I have been purchasing this product for years because I like the consistency and authentic taste. I am disappointed with last batch as there is a new additive "to help it mix better"... even this one percent affects the taste and upsets my stomach.It is sad that this happened because people don't know better to shake the box before pouring.Until it goes back to 100% coconut milk, i will not be purchasing again.
