Okay biggest problem I see with other reviewers are whining about NOT having a spin cycle. They don't advertise this as having a spin cycle. I have the spin cycle from the same company and they work great together so I didn't mind that. I was skeptical at this price but works amazingly. I was shocked to see how clean the clothes got and how silent the machine was. I was thinking this wasn't working. Lint trap gets a lot of lint. Drain hose could be longer but it's okay not going to lower the score because of this. They did mention the size in the listing.So why not 5 stars? Lack of instructions. The instructions are a joke. It's two pages. I had to figure out on my own how to remove the lint trap so that I could take the lint out of the bag. Second how far can I load this? It would be nice to have instructions. I had to do a lot of trial and error for this. But after I figured it out it was totally worth it. Much easier than hand washing and then using the Kuppet spinner.

This KUPPET washing machine is ideal for our tiny bathroom, where it fits easily. Also, the machine works quite and has 2 regimes for laundry: gentle and normal. You can easily load water through inlet which you connect to your regular faucet (a little clip is included in the package to do that, see picture #2) or you can use your shower hose for that (if you have one). The machine itself is very light, so you can easily lift it and move wherever you want.I love that machine because it allows me to wash my children’s clothes and my underwear without using public laundromats (where people wash their shoes and other very dirty stuff). KUPPET washing machine helps me feel more confident about hygienics and save money.The price is amazingly affordable for the machine which has very good quality and which washes clothes very well.I definitely recommend this product to another buyers!The customer service department of KUPPET is very professional and helpful, they respond very quickly and do the best job!

It can not spin to dry, so after washing, it has to twist the clothes by hand. And the tap tube for the water into the machine is short. The wash function is good.

No Spin--but Perfect if you know this! I already had a laundry spinner to extract water, so what I was looking for was this machine. My last "laundry machine" was the wonder wash (which is a hand crank machine--great if you are needing it-but it wouldn't work with my space since the counter that I have to use was positioned under shelving and it turned out that I couldn't effectively use the hand crank.) Enter the Kuppet Small enough to keep in my living room, powerful enough to wash a lot! The best part is: since it doesn't spin, I can actually remove a load and put in another for the initial wash so that I'm using greywater. (Awesome when you live in a drought area where every drop counts!) It's super quiet, not wobbly (even on my tile counter, which is slightly uneven), and does a great job. My only problem is that it appears that I received a machine that had been tried and returned to the company. I am a bit leery of this, as I don't know how that person treated it... I just wish that it was labeled as a "used" product, since the bottom of the feet, as well as some dirt smudged on the inside of the machine, made it clear that someone had taken it for a spin. That said, if it were really that much of a problem, I would have contacted the company, but it wasn't worth the hassle to try to exchange it and it seems to work fine, so perhaps I'm being too picky. With electronic things, though, if it says it's new, I expect that to be unopened. Otherwise, I expect it to be called "open box."

i can wash so many cloths its good for apartment use and this is super powerful so worth the money

I already have a smaller portable washer from another brand that I love using, but I needed a larger one. When I found this one by Kuppet I was thrilled, because it's quite a big larger than the washer I already have. The problem is that I've only used it a handful of times and now it has started to smell like burning rubber as soon as I start washing. The odor is really bad, too. I could understand a slight smell after using it for several washes at one time, but not right at the beginning of washing. I doubt is will last much longer.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have had this machine for two months now and it washes my kids clothes perfectly. The description never said that it spins clothing so why the complaints. It washes quite a bit for a small machine. It fits perfectly next to my kitchen sink. Most of the water drains out of the washer if you leave the hose down for a few minutes, then hand wring whats left. The hose that it came with doesn't stay on my tap, but that's ok. I use the kitchen hose to fill up the machine. I will be purchasing the KUPPET DRYER. Also if you overload the washer you will get a burning smell. So put less clothes when washing.
