Revell 05727 R.M.S Titanic Plastic Model Kit Gift Set

Bought this as a gift and my teen loved it. Assembled it in days althouh he needed a better sticker adhesive than what was included, so we bought that extra, will come in handy for future models. Loved that you get 2 models in one.

Overall, this model was well made and came with everything needed for a person that does not have a stock of paints and brushes. I did buy a finer brush to help with some detail, but it isn't necessary. You will need tweezers as some of the parts are quite small. The paint that is supplied is easy to work with a dries quickly, but there are colours called for in the instructions that are not supplied. I don't think the extra colours are necessary as the model turned out just fine without. There are a few places in the instructions that are not very well explained, but if you have any modeling experience and some imagination, it is not a big issue. The only frustrating part was having to drill holes in the stacks and the deck for the "cables" (thread) and then trying to tie knots inside the stacks... my suggestion; patience and glue!

C est un beau lot de deux maquettes en plastique, (je pensais recevoir une seule maquette, j’ai donc été agréablement surpris), il y en a une assez petite avec peu de pièces à assembler, (celle-la peut être bien si on on souhaite créer un diorama) L’autre est plus grande et mieux détaillée, j’ai pris bcp de plaisir à l’assemblé, et pour le prix je trouve ces deux maquettes plus que convenable, je suis très satisfait de Revell je recommande
