Sorry but bought for my daughter for her kids clothes there ages are 6&9 and are perfect for there clothing they are nonslip And very good hangers

Does the hook swivel?

Yes but I don’t think they’re supposed to, you have to force it the first time and it makes a snapping sound and about 3 of them broke apart at the join but the rest are all fine and swivel freely
