I was skeptical about a one-day treatment but this really did work! For me, all creams are very itchy and more painful right away so this was no different but I used it before bed and spent about 30-45 minutes trying to meditate through the itch and then once I fell asleep, it did not wake me up through the night. The major symptoms were relieved by the next day but it took a few days to notice the full effect of the relief. It was also a huge benefit that I could order it same-day delivery and it was very affordable.

Self contained and easy to use, this cream is both reasonably priced (thanks, Amazon!) and seems very effective. I do find the active ingredients to cause increased itching and burning for the initial night of use. Nothing unbearable. After that, no problems. Not an immediate cure but a convenient one time use.

TLDR;This is a night use single treatment of a thick gel. Use a pantry liner or pad. Doesn’t include anything for the discomfort while you’re waiting for it to kick in. So buy that separately. In 12 hours my pain and itching was 1/5 of what it was before using this. Works FAST and it’s cheap!I thought I had a yeast infection coming on and was hoping I didn’t but by the time I realized it was a yeast infection I was miserable and work before any pharmacies open. So I same day delivered this product because I was too broke to buy the name brand. One it’s SO much cheaper! And 12 hours later (I fell asleep maybe 2-3 hours after inserting it and slept for about 8 hours) I woke up feeling 1/5 of what I had before using it. I was shocked at how fast this stuff works! The only downside for me was it didn’t come as an “egg” that I’m used to inserting. It was like a tampon plunger filled with gel. So definitely use a pad or panty liner. Also it doesn’t come with any extra products like some name brand boxes do like wipes or vulva cream for the pain or itching. So you do have to ride that part out until it starts working. You use this as night and it’s one treatment. And saves you some money.

First time using this brand and will def buy another just to keep in stock. I was hesitant to use it after I bought it and kept psyching myself out for like 15 min reading all the negative reviews and also remembering how Monistat was the WORST pain I’ve ever experienced. I finally decided to just do it because the yeast infection was starting to itch real bad and I was already swollen. I inserted the applicator around 8 PM and I had NO burning or itchiness for about 5 min after insertion. I coughed and some squeezed out and I instantly started to feel that internal zap itching. I was like “oh boy. Here we go.” The itchiness was pretty intense but NOTHING compared to Monistat. I ended up taking a shower to relieve some of the itchiness with hot water down there. I felt relief within 2 hours. I did feel slight burning but it was tolerable. No more itching, no more burning. It definitely pushes all the yeast out!! It’s 1 AM and I feel 100% better other than feeling swollen inside. I feel sore and swollen internally and a little externally around the opening of the vag. This is way better than Monistat. Monistat had me wanting to sit on a toilet scrub brush lmao

It works, but I don’t think my infection completely went away, but it gave me relief very quickly like the next day. No terrible smell. And it was not terribly uncomfortable to use. No stain no nothing just anti-itch.

This is the only cream that worked for me! Magic cream! I will forever be grateful for this product. Ordering more just to have. Symptoms gone in less than a day. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Nothing negative to report. Please keep selling this product!

This is my second time using it the first time i applied it it was fine it cure the yeast but this time OMG my hooha was on fire it burn so bad i had to wash with cold water to relieve it i just did it a couple of hours ago so will see tomorrow how im feeling it’s so sore and tender😭
