Bought these after owning the REI Traverse for years. These things are amazing. Lightweight, sturdy, and comfortable, all for a fraction the cost of any name brand poles.

Great pair of hiking poles. Very light. And I fell on them sliding down some sheer wet granite ledge with a 25lb pack and me weighing 230 lb and NO DAMAGE! I thought for sure I was going to hear a “snap!” But to my surprise - nothing. Very easily adjustable. Quick to change height. Locking mechanism seems very durable. I do wish the cork grip was slightly larger in girth. I have medium to large hands and the grip feels small to me. I may have to wrap them with something to better fit my hands. That is my only minor complaint. I really really like them. No need to spend $$$ on other hiking poles. You won’t be disappointed.

I love my trekking poles. They help with hiking distance and offer support with balance and walking on slippery or uneven areas like spots with lots of rocks &/or roots. They come apart and fit in my 22" suitcase (24" with rollers). Due to some space limitations, I had to travel 2 times without them & think my hikes would've been much better & more enjoyable if I had been using my trekking poles. They've been with me through hikes in Yosemite, the Smoky Mountains & the Portuguese Camino. I was so sad when I forgot them on a bus as I was leaving Spain to return home. Of course, they were never found or turned in so I did the only thing I could, bought another pair the same color with cork handles.

Love this. Lightweight and I love these handles.
