How long do you take Beet Heat before noticing effects?

Because I take as a pre-workout supplement, I can usually tell during my workouts if a supplement is effecting energy level. Considering the intensity of my workouts, it occurred to me that week that my energy level does seem greater than the norm. For a more objective reading, I began taking my blood pressure when I got home. It was noticeably lower.
