3 stars for the two ribs of the six ribs are not working wellOtherwise the umbrella is as expected

First the white is more of a grayish white it's not a stark white color and it wouldn't stay open I had to almost break it to get it to open all the way. It's lightweight and easily packable which is a huge plus but overall not a really sturdy umbrella.

Very flimsy. Hard to open. The canopy sticks did not staighten out on opening the umbrella.

I tried to use this umbrella today, for the first time and it wouldn't open. It's no good to me if I can't open it. Of course, the return date has now passed and I'm stuck with an umbrella that won't open.
