Q: Does it work with diesel engines?

I think it will work but may turn green rather than yellow. There are fluids designed for Diesel engines and I believe those are red in colour.

Q: is this safe for the coolant system? i have it and i think some got sucked into the coolant tank

Yes, It's safe for the coolant system if you use the liquid in accordance with the instructions.

Q: How can I use this if my radiator does not have a cap?

It should go into the opening for the cap on the overflow bottle which should be where you can top up the coolant level.

Q: think if you put this on during warm up it will give a false negative. Doesnt do full green but very very light blue due temp chemical react ?

I used it on my Capri and had it in place from start up. I ran the car until the thermostat opened and the car was operations at full temp. Thankfully there was no colour change at all. Shouldn’t give a false negative and shouldn’t react with temperature. Only if the system contains exhaust gasses.
