Product did not work properly. Once the wax was melted, it shuts off. And would harden. No way to over ride it.

I only got the sticks and warmer. Who does that? Where are my four packages of wax beads? Please make this right or I will return this item. It is even a different brand / model from the one in the listing. Wow, just unbelievable. I would give zero stars if I could override the system. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

Received item with contents spilled all over. Also, the description said I’d be receiving 4 packets of wax and only received 2, one of which was open.

Super easy to use but the wax would get stuck on my skin and the knob fell off.

I got this package today and yeah sure it’s fine I just wanted a basic thing so I didn’t pay that much—— that being said, you could still include what is described in the kit! There were zero packs of wax beads and zero of the application sticks! How does that make any sense?? Awful. Please correct this problem.

This is a great tool. I usually go to the salon and spend10 to $20 every time. Now every time I need to use something like this I have it at home. It works great and it's easy.

Works great. Takes longer then I’d like to warm up, but for the price I can’t complain.
