Many competitors sell polyester neoprene blend that has more poly than neoprene, but this model advertises 70% neoprene and it seems to feel like it. A layer of material between inside of zipper and skin protects against chaffing and provides a more closed system. Armholes are smaller than other competitor models I tried, so provides more sweat on side of pecs and under armpits. Finally, fit is important. I’m 5’9” and 195# and relatively fit, so following the manufacturer’s guidelines, I chose medium, which provides the snug fit that you want. Further the length, is just right, so it does not ride up when reaching overhead.

I live in Hollywood where the camera adds 10lbs so I needed to really be mindful of how I'd look after the pandemic subsides. I needed to sweat more during my home workouts. I drank a ton of water, worked out in the sun, etc., but I was not sweating the toxins out like I wanted to.I purchased the Sauna Vest Waist Trainer and a brotha has been DRENCHED every day I use it. I absolutely love it. It seems to run a size larger so order a size down for maximum fit and sweat!! I don't know how I've worked out all these years without one. Definitely a great investment.

Edit. After hand washing the vest a few times it tightened up in the waist and fits just right. They didn’t contact me to change my review or at all for that matter. Just wanted to edit how it worked after a dozen workouts and about 40 miles of hiking. Still like new...well better than new actually.Fells like it’s well made but it’s tight in the chest and loose in the waist. Kinda the opposite of what I wanted. Left handed zipper is a little tricky. Doesn’t make you sweat like a standard cheap sauna belt does and it doesn’t shape your waist or sides if you’re already somewhat in shape.

My husband wears a large in his clothing he’s 5’11 and 225. A previous review said the large was too big so we went with a medium but it would not zip up. We are returning for a large. Hopefully he gets results.

The fabric of the clothes is very good and elastic, and it looks handsome when worn. The fabric is good, comfortable to wear and good value for money. Recommend buying

I ordered the M size and it fit well. Very comfortable while workout. I have ton of sweat and it is easy to clean.

Does not do what it says. Highly disappointed
