these mini cubes are great and they taste not like fresh Cilantro BUT it still is Cilantro periodI use this if I need some and have no fresh herb this blend in really great sofar where ever I need that CilantroI use this!Knorr is a very good company for all kind of seasoning just wish I could find this in my regular store but since amazonhas this it even better this come in little single cubes that I put with my cubes of beefs so I can keep them where I can see them and not forget I have them LOVE THEM

It actually tastes like cilantro. It does have a very very very little off taste but once mixed in with other ingredients it tastes fine. I usualy crumble it up. It gives flavor without the greens.

Buyers can be quick to get angry and yell "false advertising" or "bait and switch." I don't think either are true here; I'm sure the sellers intended to post their product accurately.Here's the problem: the listing says "Knorr Minicubes Cilantro Seasoning 2.8-Ounce Boxes - (Pack of 24)" directly under the in-stock and sold-by indicators at the top of the page. Since each box contains 20 cubes (not 24), you assume you're getting 24 boxes of 20 cubes for $5.17, which would have been a terrific on-line price. You actually get one box of 20 for $5.17, which is a terrible price. I've bought them at bricks-and-mortar stores for $.99 per box of 20 cubes.That said, the cubes themselves are wonderful. The give a great flavor to home-made salsa and other dishes, and I've always loved using them. I'll be watching to see if the sellers amend their description to correct the error, which -- again -- I'm sure was an honest mistake with no deception intended.

If you don't have fresh cilantro this is a good substitute. The cubes crumble easily and add a great flavor to salsa, pico de gallo, and soups. A little salty so adjust your seasoning accordingly.

I used these to make cilantro lime rice. It was my first time EVER using cubed cilantro. But it came out perfectly. Tastes great and so much more convenient than fresh herbs. Also good to use in a pinch.

I am NOT a fan of cilantro, but for some reason I really like the flavor this adds to soups. A nice flavor without the “soapy” fresh cilantro flavor.

these are mostly salt, YUK!!! Don't bother. Just buy bulk dried cilantro. Based on other reviews I thought they would be good but they have almost no cilantro flavor.
