Definitely a high quality omega supplement. I was taking cod liver oil but had to switch to something without vitamin A due to being on Accutane. I ended up enjoying this quite a bit more. It's hard to explain but I just feel better on it. Subtle mood and focus lift and it's been good for some of my mild hormonal issues. Even though I was taken off Accutane I'm sticking with this as opposed to cod liver oil.

I got this products per the request of my sister-in-law as the supplement was introduced by her friend. This is the 2nd order of this product, as told, my nephew has improvement on his health after taking the supplement. Actually I wanted to purchase the 10 boxes set but not always available and the delivery date is a bit long. So even I need to pay slightly more, I ordered the individual box.
