A good straightener, but the HSI is better even though it doesn't get quite as hot. (at least this is what my fiance says)

Horrible packaging- good product
Product works good. Getting it was a hassle. Poorly boxed. Surprised it even worked nudging by the beating the box took. That was after it was 2 weeks late. It does straighten hair though so I guess that's the point.
