Doesn't do a thing.
This does absolutely nothing to help you lose weight or gain energy. At least not for me. As a matter of fact, I never felt any type of, well, anything, each and every time I took it. It seems as if I took a placebo.Shame on you Dr. Oz for calling Garcinia Cambogia "a revolutionary fat buster with no exercise, no diet, no effort". What will you tout next?

This is an amazing product. That when used right. Including diet and exercise it's absolutely amazing. You get three of the best products in one. I have lost so much weight that many of my friends and family looking to give it a try.

Stomach Cramps, Mild Appetite Supression, Weight Gain
Stomach cramps, mild appetite suppression, negative results including weight gain. Although garcinia may be a positive accelerant for weight loss in other forms, I did not find that to be the case with this product. I have lost weight with other methods more consistently, however this product actually saw an increase in weight even with a consistent diet and exercise routine. It may be that the capsules that the product are distributed in are too thick. When I started having cramps with the product, I tried opening one of the capsules and dumping the contents into my food directly. (I don't recommend this, the taste is horrible) What I noticed was how dense the capsule casings for the product are - far more dense than one might expect from a typical pill form dispenser. It's possible that the hardened casing contributes to why some experience stomach pain with this product.

Made me too dizzy to keep taking them for results...
I bought these because the reviews said no gitters and whatnot but they made me super dizzy! I guess they have too much caffeine for me :(

Seems to be working so far but make sure you eat with it because it makes you super gittery. I wouldn't take two at the same time, I would take one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
