I've had the bag less than 24 hours. I carried it to work this morning and I heard something hit through floor when I put my bag in my chair and it's missing 3 "studs" already. There were there last night.

I love the look of the purse. I just don’t see it lasting very long.If you look at the pic of the inside, you’ll see it’s basically plastic (mom said never buy that kind!). Also, you’ll notice there’s a weird hole by the gold ring inside. Same on both sides.You have to push that through to the outside bc that’s what the shoulder straps hook to. Problem is…there’s still a hole. Worried that if my purse turns upside down, things will fall out. Coincidentally, when I put the shoulder straps on, the purse literally lays down flat. Hopefully, it won’t do that when I put my things in it.Like I said…I love the look…I just wish it was sturdier.PS…The hardware and embellishments are gold.

The outside zipper broke after only a few weeks. I love the purse otherwise.

The item is aesthetically appealing; however, I am still struggling to eliminate an unpleasant odor that has emanated from the purse.

I was very excited for this bag as in the pictures it looks pretty large and it's what I needed for work. When the bag arrived, it was much smaller than advertised and the shoulder/crossbody strap clips were already broken. The bag feels flimsy as if any weight whatsoever would cause things to break and snap. Needless to say this bag is disappointing. I am in the process of returning it and I got it yesterday.
