No I don't think so. The noble collection is 16 1/2 inches tall and this doesn't look like it. I was about to purchase under similar pretenses. The Noble Collections is much more realistic whereas this one is more of a toy kind of make.

I don’t see anything close to this on the Target website, much less for $15. This is a very heavy, solid replica mirror. It is worth the price for a die hard HP fan.
