Great replacement
The door latches from my camper radio broke leaving the DVD door opened. I took it to the dealer to have it checked and their solution was to replace the radio. I decided to check with my nearby electronic parts center to see if the latches were sold separately. Of course, they didn’t have any but they mentioned that you could find them online. So, when I entered the radio make and model to my surprise Amazon was the 1st store that popped up. I ordered the 2 latches just to try, and hoping I could save some money while at it. After removing all the little screws that hold the radio backer, removing the original latches and installing the new ones was a breeze. Fingers crossed, When I closed the door it stayed closed. Whew, a sign of relief. After everything was set and done I save quite a bit of money and didn’t have to replace the radio. These items worked for me perfectly, but not sure if they fit every application. You may need to do some homework. The nice thing is that they have a good return policy if needed.

2010 Forrest River travel trailer main fuse box latch stopped working. Installed this in about 1 minute.Works as intended. Looks better than duct tape.

Excellent Solution
WFCO Converters are in most every RV you encounter as they are used by almost every manufacturer. As with many RV components I've never been overly impressed with the quality of these converters. The door latch stopped working on a recent trip in our travel trailer, leaving the converter door hanging open near the entrance to our travel trailer. This relatively inexpensive fix was the right one for me. While I could have replaced the whole front of the unit I was able to fix the problem for less than $10 and 5 minutes of timeI would never consider going to the dealer for this fix. Installation of this product is a breeze. I used some needle nose pliers to carefully remove the old latch, being careful not to damage the plastic housing and the area around the latch. As you can see from the pictures, the old latch came out in pieces. The new one just slides right in with a reasonable amount of force.Don't hesitate to order this replacement latch from Amazon!

Fits Ford Edge overhead console perfectly
I used this on my 2018 Ford Edge overhead compartment where your glasses go. I simply used a pair of needle nose pliers to remove the old latch (it's a pressure fit). Pushed this new latch in about half way with my fingers, then used a flat blade screwdriver on one edge of the latch and pushed it in slowly until I felt it "click" into place. Now the door works perfectly!

Fixed it!
After pulling four screws and removing the faceplate/ door assy to aid in removing the old one latch from behind, this slid into place, and works like new. Am happy I no longer need to duct tape the door shut to keep anyone from stepping on or kicking it. Be careful in handling it, the catch let loose while first pushing it in and sent the parts flying. Inserted well by pushing only on the edges. Was worth the purchase.

8 bucks for this????
OK, I know its slim pickings out there for these things, I was even somewhat surprised that replacements were available.I too had the door that wouldn't close, and for us it directly above the area where our dog has her water and food dish. More of a nuisance for her as every time she'd bump a dish or the wall the door would be coming down. Oh well. I didn't think having all the breaker switches and fuses exposed was a good idea so I finally bought this.Only complaint is price. 8 bucks for a small piece of plastic and a spring? The next time if/when it breaks I will use a fellow customer's fix for his Dometic 3104928.019 Polar White Ducted Air Grille, which uses a plastic turn button (you can search for these on Amazon too). Check out the reviews and he/she has a picture in there of it. By the way, I used the turn button trick for AC grill as well.
