Received as per schedule. Its working fine og all options. I have tried ultra sound two sessions and pain relieved on shoulder. For lowback pain tried IFT preconfigured program for 3 days and now feeling better.Customer care also good response for usage and suggessions for settings.Cons: user manual and Demo vidio can improve based on user queries . One paper tape can include the package to stick the pads.

The Ultrasonic therapy unit is not working after just a few months

2 months only it worked.,called for service no proper response.
I'm a Physio-Doctor, use to treat patients at their Doorsteps.Sofar was using local products bought at higher price than medgear product.But on an emergency I bought a mini ultrasound from the manufacturer,I was fully satisfied, that's why I bought this combination therapy unit.Maybe in future I open a clinic i will purchase every equipment from Medicare only.With in 2 months machine is out of order.
