Avoid unless you want your kid to be disappointed.
Garbage. Even considering the fact that I got this for a 5 year old and didn’t expect much. One button on the control didn’t work to begin with. All others are useless since the moment you move three feet away from the boat, the receiver stops responding to controls. And even if that worked, you wouldn’t get to enjoy it for long anyway, since the battery compartment doesn’t even have any seals. So it’s only the matter of time before your battery compartment will get filled with water.

save your money
first one arrived broken, the return was tedious, new one is with grandson who I think put it in his closet unopened. the toy was for he and his grandpa in Maryland to use. he lives in Illinois.

waste of money
bought this 3 months ago and decided to open it up and take it to the pool to see it run for my grandson.But doesnt even work at all.What a joke.

Disatisfied / stopped working
I read the reviews and saw one person note, "stopped working after a couple days". I felt this was 1- 1000 experience , but sure enough mine stopped after 3 -4 days. It worked really great the first few days, then had reception problems going past a foot from the controller. I assumed it was needing new batteries, but hat was not the case. I will be returning mine.

So much fun
These are great. I wasn't expecting much for the price but the boat is fast and works great. Still trying to figure out how two boats can run on seperate remotes as it seems as though the frequency is the same.

Works better if you leave it in the box
Worked for 2 days. Water got in it and it was over. Won’t buy again. Don’t recommend

Very disappointed product to give to a child for their birthday
I am completely disappointed with this product no you send me one of those instructions came with them and neither of the boats work! Not to mention no address to return the items and or no paperwork in the box!

Fun toy/gift for kids
This boat is a lot of fun! Not very fast but is fun to play with. I ran it on my lake works great. Note: the motor won’t run unless you put it in water.
