I am a true Amazon customer and not an employee. I have bought this pillow and I have to say, it slowly reduced my neck and shoulder pains. I guess these pains I am experiencing will not totally go away unless I quit my job. But the pillow did helped me greatly. That is why I am buy another not for me but for my brother who's birthday is on October. Then buy 2 more for my parents for Christmas. The pillow is just right for its size. It's not too hard nor too soft. There are no tags which I like so it's equal feel all around. Since the pillow isn't ordinary, so I have to use a king size pillow case which fits perfectly. You just need to know how to fold the excess. I highly recommend this product to all who have problems with their spine.

I have been using this pillow for almost a month before writing this review. On web description, it says the pillow is perfect for back and side sleeper, it is not. When placed in bed, the highest point of the pillow is around 3.5-4 inch tall without any pressure, and around 2-2.5 inch high when I put my heads on. that is way too low for me as a side sleeper. Many times I wake up very uncomfortable with my neck was painful, or very tired like I did not get much sleep. After I switched to another pillow, I did not have the same kind of problemsit might be my personal feeling, but if you are looking for a memory foam pillow for side sleepers, this one might not be your best choice. When I first open this pillow, it has a very slight plastic odor, it was gone after a couple days. so quality wise the pillow was OK, but I still need to return it, it was not for me.

I've given it weeks and more to open up ( it comes very, very bacuum sealed). But, still- this is a very flat pillow. I'm sure it's good support if you're smaller than I am (6'2" 205) and prefer very low-form pillows.. but, it wasn't for me, sorry. 3 stars because it does seem well made and arrived new, etc.

When I opened this pillow from the box, it was almost paper thin, and within two hours it had slowly filled out to the full shape.I was disappointed with how small it was, both wide and tall, but then I used it, and holy cow it's amazing! There's two curved edges: the thicker one that supports your neck, and the thinner one which cradles your head. It actually keeps my spine perfectly straight, which is something I've never truly felt before, my neck was always slightly at an angle. Between my angled neck issue, and how I usually scrunch up my shoulders to accommodate the gap between a regular pillow and the bed, this pillow has been a god sendIt's crazy firm, but it makes such a difference and I'll never change to a regular pillow again! Try it out, give it three days to get used to it, and your spine will thank you

Why didn't I read through the reviews before I bought? If the pillow is all they say it is, why post fake reviews? Why hasn't Amazon caught this? First of all, all the 5 star reviews don't post a name only "AMAZON CUSTOMER" and it posts a color. There's only one color!The pillow is lightweight and small, which I wanted. There's no noticeable smell, but this pillow is HARD. It didn't give AT ALL when I slept. I'm not sure what I'm going to do. The made up reviews really make me question this company.

I bought this to replace my old pillow. It's ok comfort wise but it's not as supportive in my neck. Great for side sleepers just not for when laying on your back.

I purchased this pillow for my husband to replace a Tempurpedic pillow he loved. I wish I would have returned this pillow within the return window - got sidetracked by having a newborn at home. This pillow is much smaller than a typical pillow and a standard pillowcase is huge on it. Additionally, this pillow is very hard. I thought it was just firm to the touch but would mold to the head/neck. Nope! It does not have any give when laying on it and is very uncomfortable. I'm very disappointed I spent the money on this and didn't return on time. It was the worst purchase I've made in a long time and I regret it.

I really like the pillow but it was difficult to adjust and hard to fit to a pillow case. Unsure if the lining is supposed to be considered a case but it was too cottony to feel good using bare and I was concerned it would soil too easily that way. Though it looks very easy to clean I have only had it a short while so far.
