I like the easy set up feature it has to offer. The kit itself has everything you'll need in setting it up plus some extras in case you mess up. Great Quality and decent price as well.

Turn valve leaks. Not a washer issue. I waited almost two months for it to arrive to have it not work. All the other parts are sound. This is the third one I've bought (1st with this seller/brand) so I'm not new to installing these.

The media could not be loaded. I love this sprayer because you can easily turn the water lower if to avoid the mess easy to install too

I would invest in something a little bit more costly or a product that you know someone else has purchased and works well. I could not get it to stop leaking. I used it for a couple months and then had to take it off because it kept getting my floor wet every time after I used it it would drip. They say that you have to keep the valve closed. Even with the valve closed still drips and even with the lowest water pressure. Maybe you needed extra washers or the directions to install were not that clear. I would definitely try tightening everything as much as possible and add extra washers if you can still and get it closed. The slow drip was from the head of the handle after use and after turning it off. Not from the attachment hose or the attachment to the water source.
