Unicorn Day: A Magical Kindness Book for Children Hardcover – Picture Book, June 4, 2019

The quality of the book is top-tier. It was bought by error, but it was indeed a good story. The kids enjoyed reading this book.

My 2 year old nephew loves this book and so do I. The story line has depth and the detail and thoughtfullness in the illustrations is so fun to look at. One unicorn has braces, another is a goth, a couple more play basketball. This book is all about being inclusive and having a fun rainbow party and it makes me and I'm sure anyone else who reads it feel happy.

We read this almost every night. it’s so catchy, fun pictures and positive message. Love it!!

Bright colors. Unicorns. Glitter. Cupcakes. Parades. This book has it all in bright, fun, colors with a nice little nod to inclusion (while not taking away overly from "fun fun fun" to preach at kids). The illustrations are vibrant with lots of variety and plenty of sound effects. Kids LOVE this book and it's a top favorite in story time. The story lends itself to tons of group interaction and the narration is solid. If you're a librarian, teacher, day care worker, or nanny you'll love this one. Ages 3-8 love it. Yes, even the bigger kids. I've read this to hundreds of kids now and have to keep buying replacement copies because they love reading it so much.

Cute story! My daughter is a huge fan of unicorns and this book was a fun read for her.

My 6 year old loved this book!

My 6-yr-old ADORES this book. It has everything a first-grader would want: unicorns, colorful illustrations, easy-to-read rhyme and GLITTER. She loves to read aloud the unicorn song, and I love the beautiful message of inclusion. It's a winner for bedtime -- or ANYtime -- reading for sure!

This book is so fun and full of color. The message is about having fun and including others even if they are different. It spreads the message that we can have just as much fun or even more when we make friends with all types of people (or creatures in this case). It's just a happy book with vibrant illustrations and a simple rhyming verse that makes it fun to read and easy to listen to. It's a good way to start bigger conversations with young children and also great at surface level to just hold a child's attention even if they don't get the message yet.
