It offers that extra protection from water entering in and around your frames and into your trailer walls. My siding is fiberglass, so I cannot speak for aluminum side walls, but as long as you clean the area properly, this will adhere nicely. Around windows, compartment openings, etc. on your rv, this will help keep water from penetrating in. It will also help keep your windows from streaking. Does the trick!

I had a professional install for us. He did a great job and this gutter was 10 times better than the original gutter. Nice product, would definitely advise buying this. The other buyers who answered my question also helped with my decision to purchase. I bought two boxes of 50 feet but only needed one. The return was easy peasy:)

Put on a boat above the cabin widows, stops streaks and stain from rain.Great stuff I had used it on a RV over hatches.You can do it your self but easier with a helper.

returned item because it could not be mounted to rubber roof, also indicated if RV white was available we would purchase as unit is 1996 model and polar white works on newer units only. Thanks bob.
