Great inexpensive trimming knife
The media could not be loaded. This is my second one of this brand because you can never have too many Brisket cutting knives. It works perfect for my BBQ catering business “Bee Smoker BBQ” (find us on Facebook & Instagram). Somehow I manage to cut the crud out of myself on first use but I chalk that up to right of passage doing what I do. So be careful as this knife is sharp right out of the package! I also love the various colors that look as good as the pictures. Don’t waste money on expensive boning/trimming knives. Get this one!

Fairly decent for deboning a turkey
Its not as flexible as I'd like for a boning knife, but we used it to debone a whole turkey and it was great for the job. Felt sturdy in my hand, came sharp enough to cut through cartilage, and it's in my bf's favourite color. I hope we will get a slightly longer, more flexible one in the future.

This knife is perfect for preparing chicken especially. It’s sharp, lightweight, balanced and gives me the ability to prepare my meals w/o fear of hurting myself in the processTruly a filet knife, and worth the price

Great for processing chickens
We had a big ol' chicken party and invited 60 cornish chicken to the freezer. These knives were great from cleaning to cutting up. Held their edges verywell. We used a sharpener a couple times but for the amount of work, that was better performance than others we've used. Plus great color choices to keep the knives separated.

Better than I expected
Completely exceeded my expectations. Seems to hold edge well. Grip is phenomenal. I'm a full time meat cutter and favor my Victorinox knives, but this is my new go to.

Great Knife!
This thing is nice!! I have always used whatever knife was laying around to trim my briskets, but this is next level. Great knife and sharp as can be!

Sharp and just the right shape
Didn't need to sharpen out of the box and seems to keep edge much better than some others I've tried. Comfortable to use for long periods and blade stiff enough to control but still degree of flex to get into angles

Very sharp indeed
Excellent very sharp knife. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a blade cover. I made one with the plastic packaging.
