Alive! B-Complex Gummies

I just love these B Complex Gummies! Not only do they give me energy and provide other benefits for my health, but they are so delicious! Based on the reviews here I see that you either love the flavor or you don’t, which I can vouch for, as I absolutely love them and my husband doesn’t. Lol He still takes them though. They’re just not his favorite as far as gummies go. The flavor, in a way, reminds me of the chewable vitamins I took as a kid, but even better! Hopefully if you purchase them, you will be among those of us who enjoy the taste. And don’t forget about the health benefits. :)

I personally did not find these to have a bad flavor. It's also not a great flavor. I have always had trouble swallowing pills, which has kept me from taking vitamins. Someone suggested gummy vitamins to me, and I was totally sold on the idea. I know for a fact due to my dietary restrictions that I do not get enough B vitamins. This gummy really isn't bad. It doesn't taste like candy, but that's okay because it's not candy. It's a vitamin. I selected this particular brand, because it was the only one that had all the b vitamins (b1- Thiamin, b2-Riboflavin, b3-Niacin, b5-Pantothenic Acid, b6-Pyridoxine, b7-Biotin, b9-Folic Acid, b12-Cyanocobala) with almost all of them having the daily recommended intake levels. My only concern is that several of these vitamins are heat sensitive. I am hoping that they do not get overly heated on trucks/in warehouses.

For many many years I have purchased vitamins and not taking them do to their upsetting my stomach. The B complex vitamins are extremely important as they give you energy and regulate your metabolism. For the first time in my life, I have found a b-complex vitamin that I will willingly take every day. I am almost 50 years old and for the first time in my life I have not missed taking my vitamins for 3 months in a row! The taste is a bit off-putting at first because, obviously, they are B vitamins. However, after about 3 or 4 days, you get used to the taste and it becomes a matter of course. I will continue to take this particular brand of B complex vitamins from this particular vendor until either the product is no longer made, the vendor goes out of business, or I go to meet my Maker! I highly recommend these vitamins to anyone who tends to be iron deficient cold and tired. They absolutely work!

I read a LOT of reviews and decided to try these B-complex gummies due to price & better vitamin %s. I’ve dealt with bad tasting stuff before, so I figured I’d survive. Holy heavens, reviewer “Michelle” is right, NOTHING will prepare you for the smell and flavor. I actually left the pill bottle open on my counter for a few days to get some of the smell to dissipate so I didn’t get smacked in the face with packaged farts everytime I cracked open the lid. (It helped.) That being said, after a week or two of forcing myself to eat these, I’m used to the taste. I wouldn’t say it tastes GOOD but they’re certainly tolerable. I chew my other gummy vitamins after this which helps, too. Since I at least expected the bad smell/taste, my only major complaint is that the gummies have largely fused together. I can break them apart with a little work but it that IS annoying. I take a lot of other necessary daily medications so adding a bunch of swallowable supplements on top of THAT is a complete nightmare (meaning, I just don’t take them!). Gummy supplements are seriously a life-saver. I wish these tasted better, sure, but not at the expense of less quality ingredients/vitamins - and selfishly, I worry they might go up in demand & price if the flavor is improved!

Do Not Buy! We buy these locally, but our store was out of stock. So, for $11.19 we ordered two from Amazon. The local product is delicious, soft and chewy…but these were a month away from expiring, smell horrible, taste like you poured B vitamins on your tongue, leave an awful aftertaste and they are covered in some white stuff, hard and dry. I see the price is further lowered. I suspect the company is trying to unload some old and/or defective product. It makes me lose faith in the company. We buy two other products of theirs, but we will be looking to buy those elsewhere also.

OK, I've been buying these for a long, long time, and every time a new container arrives I don't know if I'll get the nice, smooth ones or the crystallized and all stuck together in one lump version. This happens REGARDLESS of the weather, hot or cold, it's a crap shoot. I'm tired of having to unstick a lump of 60 gummies. Enough. Time to move on to a different brand.

Overall great product with the B vitamin ratios I was looking for with natural ingredients from a respected brand I have had good results from. As others have said, they smell horrible when you open the bottle (though I feel like this has faded somewhat over the past couple of months). That being said, I think they actually taste quite good (for a vitamin) - a pretty mild mango/apricot? flavor. So, I just open holding the top away from me, dig out one or two (they can stick together a bit) and it’s all good. Happy with this product overall and no bad reactions like I have had with some previous B complexes.

I keep coming back to these b vitamins. Most others are too strong or methylated or have outrageous unhealthy amounts. These do the job without setting off my nervous system. Very gentle no side effects and I feel a difference.

I have been using these for a couple of years now. They are excellent.

No idea why some don’t like the taste of these, I find them delicious, they’re a not too sweet cherry flavour and a nice chewable texture that isn’t too ‘gummy’ if you know what I mean! Not sure if they work or not but I keep taking because I love the taste

I can’t take B complex in tablet form and these are fantastic. Been taking them for over a year now and wouldn’t be without them.

I liked, my toddler didnt. It has a strong cherry flavor. It's a very good price and seems to be very good quality
