Condor Tactical Cap

Top quality real condor hat. I'm already feeling like an operator again. I wear this hat everywhere. I wear it when I'm making love, taking a shower, pooping or just at a fancy restaurant in a suit.

I just received my second hat and the quality is even better than the first. I did not think this was possible because the first hat lasted me more than five years wearing it everyday. Never did it come undone or fade. The only reason I purchased a second had is because I lost the fist.I like to work on the house/yard every chance I get, however I sweat a lot. I don’t like a my hat to smell so I toss it in the wash often. Most hats that are washed, like the expensive baseball hats from the mall, come out deformed. Not this hat !!! The price point is excellent for the quality. I highly recommend this hat !!! I will buy again and will buy as gifts this Christmas.

Pretty nice for a $10 hat. Seams in dome are taped well, stitching seems solid, it’s not lopsided or askew in any way. The material is thin and likely won’t hold up long in every day wear, but that would only be a gripe for me if I’d paid more or planned to wear it other than when I’m wearing headphones or ear muffs. My reason for taking away a star is that the item description on Amazon says “100% Nylon” which would have made it a much more durable hat. It is cotton, not nylon. I actually wanted a nylon hat, but at this price, I had a sneaking suspicion it would actually be cotton - and it is. If anyone cares to comment on whether they’ve found a quality nylon hat of this design on Amazon that is actually nylon in reality upon receipt, I’d be grateful to you.

The comfort is great, the quality is above par. They went above my expectations so much I ended up ordering a black one then a tan one. My only problem with that is all the patches I bought to match them are turning me into a patchaholic.At work my hats are going to get dirty so I didn't want a solid colored one that the dirt and finger smudges would take away from the American flag patch on the front. The Multicam Arid fit the bill nicely , having a multi cam flag patch on front and In Good We Trust (also multi cam) on the back until my custom text ones arrive. I ended up ordering matching patches for the others and rubber American flag patches https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007Y7Y4I6/ref=cm_cd_asin_lnk for each as well. On the black the low profile coloring of the gray on black rubber flag make the hat look like very stealthy and menacing looking while not standing out and stating "look at me" like so many hats do. The tan hat with Coyote color rubber flag look like they were made for each other but the cloth ones still look great on the hat I got them for.If you want a high quality hat that fits like an old friend straight from the package that's about as comfortable as a cap can be in hot humid weather to cold rainy weather , that also is a great receptacle for your Velcro morale patches, this design and brand will be tough to beat.

I ordered the multi-cam version and was worried after reading some of the reviews posted. Someone even posted a photo of a cheap rip-off, dollar store looking hat they claimed is what they got in the mail. All I can say is when I ran to the mailbox (well more of an airborne shuffle) and came inside I was amazed because my hat looked pretty identical to the one shown in the image on Amazon. So I can only speak for myself, but when I put it on I didn't even have to adjust it, it fit great. It had the condor tag on it and the material it is made from is pretty high quality in my opinion. Many people might think it is crazy to get so excited over a hat, but I am a very picky hat guy. So to get a top quality, brand name hat for the amazing price offered is an awesome deal. To the people that gave this hat crappy reviews because of the Velcro all over it...ATTENTION, it is an operator hat, it is meant to have Velcro so you can put awesome patches or whatever on it. If you want a hat without Velcro then do not order an operator hat. I seen a hat the other week at a tactical shop and was very disappointed. It was some fake marine wannabe camo and rocked a $16 price tag. The flag patch for it was another $6, so I will definitely order from these guys again. I am waiting on my patches now. As far the buckle in the back it seems legit to me. If it starts to loosen as I wear it then I will pop a stitch in it...too easy. So in my opinion, this hat is a solid, if you want an awesome hat that you can pop Old Glory on the front, rock your name tape on the back, and maybe even throw an IR patch on top then this IS the one for you! It also shipped in 3 days!!! You have to overlook the negative reviews because apparently they did not even know what kind of hat they were ordering. I would recommend this hat to others and I will probably buy a few more. But as for now, I have an awesome new hat to drink my cold beer in!!!

Let me address some of the complaints that have been posted about this cap. First off, the one I received is definitely from Condor. Second, It fits just fine with room to spare on the adjustment strap when I wash it. The velcro fasteners for patches are on the front, back and even a small one on the top and they hold a patch just fine. Also the shape of the cap is similar to several other caps I have. The quality of the fabric feels sturdy and the cap is comfortable to wear. The A-Tacs camo is just like my A-Tacs shirts. So overall I rate this a solid 5 Stars.

This hat looked kind of what I was looking for, but I wasn’t sure about the size adjustment. I needn’t have worried because the adjustable strap at the back is very wel made (I like some others) and it’s easy to make it a perfect fit. One reviewer said “most comfortable hat I own” and it’s because of that really that I decided to order one. I think he’s right, so thanks mate. Quality is really excellent and it’s not too deep in the head dome (or whatever that part of the hat is called :0). I don’t like caps that make you look like an urban rapper. I’ll definitely be buying some more Condor gear, very pleased with it.

Really nice quality hat. It's a more traditional 'buckle' rather than velcro at the back, (and I would have preferred velcro to be honest, but the buckle works well and seems strong so I can't complain really). Has a velcro front for a rectangular patch, also has a thinner strip of velcro on the back presumably for a velcro name patch or something else thin.

As a follically challenged man, caps are a necessary item in my wardrobe. I have some very decent New Era hats but this is on another level. It feels light and comfortable, definitely the go to cap on a hot day. The material feels durable and of a good enough quality to put up with difficult weather and a bit of mud. Very happy with this purchase. Would definitely consider buying Condor again for myself or as a gift.

One of my favourite caps to wear fits great great design high quality and perfect for adults head size if your looking tatical/operator cap this is for you made mistakes in the past in buying cheap ones you get what you pay for just remember that

I bought this to keep the sun from my eyes when out clay pigeon shooting, and it’s perfect. The peak is really rigid and a little oversize, so casts a lot of shade, and the hat itself fits really snuggly to my head, so doesn’t get in the way of my ear defenders.

Very good caps.Fit my regular sized head very well, and still have plenty of adjustment if you have a larger noggin.Also worth checking out the Condor mesh caps if you're somewhere hot.

Best cap I have owned I bought 2 more . Good fit well made and aren’t expensive.

Quality product at a good price

Would have been five stars, but the cap is a little deep in the crown and comes down a little low for me. Other than that really good quality!

Mine does have the mesh back and I have to say it is excellent. The whole cap feels really well made and very comfortable. It looks excellent too. The service was first class I received my order in less than 48 hours with free delivery (actually it was 36 hours!) First class all round definitely recommend

Its great, very adjustable, the velcro itself is a bit darker green than as it seems in the picture, which is great. Had some loose strings at first but it's fine.

Great hats ,has Velcro so you can put badges on them,brought as a present and they was very happy with the caps.
