Love this soap dispenser. Easy to use and fill. Just what I need for my arthritic hands.

Don't bother! Worked great for the first week. My only complaint was that it dispensed way too much soap with no ability to adjust. But it stopped working after that first week and won't work at all now.

I used to have the umbra in grey and it worked so well. I recently moved and have a light color kitchen, so needed something a lighter color. I thought this would be as good as the umbra, but unfortunately it's a bit of a hit or miss. You have to 'activate' it several times if it has been sitting over night. It won't just immediately dispense soap. I also had to buy a new soap that is more liquid because the other one i used to use, it would only give you a tiny droplet. Then you just get frustrated getting soap about 4x until you feel its sufficient to clean your hands. I wound up using Dial Spring Water Complete Foaming Hand Soap and it finally started squirting more than a drop. Just feels a bit frustrating that I had to buy a new soap just to get this to work.

The idea is nice and simple but this model simply doesn't measure up to other options available at this time. The dispenser does not hold a lot of solution and the solution that it does hold will run out very quickly due to the enormous volume of soap that comes out with every use. All of these should come with a way to adjust the volume of soap dispensed so that the consumer isn't wasting money on wasted product. This problem also makes for a messier bathroom sink counter. I would advise getting an automatic unit that can adjust or vary the soap volume.

Bought two and love that I can pick the soap (previously had Lysol ones and they inky had certain “flavors”). One works like a charm. The other is very sensitive and triggers double the soap. Hence the four stars.

Perfect size. Not too big; not too small. Dispenses the right amount each and every time. Very pleased! Would make a nice gift. Be sure to put the batteries in exactly as shown in the instructions.

I had this for a month and now it doesn't work. Of course it stopped working a few days after the return window. When it did work, it dispensed too much soap each time.

Great idea to keep your hands clean, while being hygienic too. Works fine and enough liquid dispensed to do the job
