Damgerousssss!! Just kidding, but not for the faint of heart. My husband thought it was just going to vibrate and was holding 2 handles while I was trying to figure out how to get it to work. I accidentally put it on the highest level and he was shocked through both of the handles. Ouch! Anyway, he is still alive. I tried it on a lower level but it was too much for me. I hate getting static shock so this felt like that times 10. I would give it a 1 if it was just me, but our friends had fun playing it. My teens love it and have fun. It has been dropped a few times and still working so it is durable. It kept the kids engaged, they even use it as a penalty for losing other games. It would be great addition or substitution to a drinking game. Overall, it was good value for the money. My husband is encouraging others to try his double shocked experience.

More than I expected. Hilarious if you can get someone to play it with you. I turned it on after installing 3AAA batteries and the shock was nothing more than a "bump" in your hand and if you hold onto it, it "shocks" you for three seconds. I was ok with that, nothing special, then I decided to wet my hands damp for better contact and the bump maybe slightly increased. I took it out of the box about an hour later again, and this time, the dial that turns it on, that I thought was for the volume was actually for the strength of the shock. Oh my! Did I give it to myself good! LOL. Now, it's not like a taser or anything like that, it's just a stronger jolt but doesn't go up your arm, it just stops in your palm. Nevertheless, I hate shocks more than most people, but this game, I just held onto it and kept testing myself and I was laughing. Great product, looking forward to playing with others, if they dare....

Fun game, kids like playing it. The shock isn't that bad the anticipation and not knowing is worse then the shock.

Very engaging game.

I bought Lightning Reaction Reloaded as a Christmas gift for my son Beckley — and to be honest, I probably had more fun with it than anyone else! It’s definitely a blast at first. I loved that it had adjustable settings, so we could turn down the intensity for people who were a little more hesitant to try it. I ended up playing against myself on the highest shock setting, dramatically flopping onto the floor for laughs (and yes, it made for a great video moment!). That said, the replay value isn’t super high. It’s one of those games that’s hilarious for a few rounds at a party but then gets tucked away and forgotten. If you’re looking for a quick, memorable group activity — especially for teens or adults who can handle a jolt — this is a fun choice. But if you want something you’ll come back to often, it might fall short. Still, for the price and the laughs we got out of it, I’m glad we gave it a shot. 3 stars from me!

Everyone loves it more powerful than you think

Got as a gag gift for my family. This is the best gift I have ever purchased. My 20something nephewsand father lined up to try it. The first time the music stopped my nephew flung backward onto the floor, screeching at the top of his lungs. Well, that did it. The rest of the nephews and brave souls lined up. Someone tried cheating and instantly got zapped. Hours of entertainment for the "viewers". We have never laughed so hard! Does it shock, yes. Does it hurt, possibly. Does it make legends, absolutly!
