Firm and strong memory foam.
I've been searching for this product for a long time. Most other options use soft memory foam, which isn't very effective. If you're a bit over sized person, leaning on soft memory foam causes it to compress too much, providing minimal support. This back support, is very firm and offers strong support. If you’re on the leaner side, this may not be the best choice for you.

Better than memory foam
There are a number of back supports available in Amazon and other online shopping platforms and most of them are made of memory foams. I am not an ardent fan of soft memory foam supports and I have been looking for something firmer. This product unlike most, is made of hard foam smilar to the one you find in motorcycle seats. It offers ample support to the lower back. In case you are looking for something particularly for your lower back, I think this works fine and you can try it. One point that I would like to highlight here is that the material is a little hard and might not be suitable to everyone. It suits my sole purpose of having a firm support for my lower back and I'd specifically be using it in my car.

Dont buy it if you already have ergonomic chair. It is not fitting to my regular chairs also.. useless for me

Mixed feelings! Too thick and firm, but does the job.
For most people the thickness of this roll will be a problem. It’s just too thick!!!Also, it’s a little bit on the firmer side. But that could be just me!If you use this for long duration you’ll feel a slight discomfort.
