Much softer and more flexible canvas type material than I was expecting but doesn't feel flimsy. Straps too are flexible so when you fold them over out the way to use the cross body strap they don't stick out or feel hard against the body.Put my usual daily stuff in and still plenty of room left for water bottle, lunch etc...has a comfortable weight on the shoulder with what I usually carry but easy to switch to the cross body strap when it starts to get heavy.The little clutch bag is a nice bonus. Has a detachable strap so you can clip it inside as a pouch when not using it as a clutch. Super handy for keeping all the little things (lip balm, tissues, hair ties, gum etc..) from rolling around and getting lost/damaged inside the main bag.Sits lower than my other shoulder bags. Previous bag base sat at the hip and friction rubs away on the corners, the base of this bag sits about 4 inches below the hip to rest on the thigh (for me, I am 5'7) so there is less noticeable rubbing when I walk with it.All in all it's a good bag, versatile, seems sturdy with a nice design.

Bought as my works bag handle snapped. Chose to go with something a bit sturdier. It's made from thick woven cotton type fabric, has 3 inside pockets and a detachable handle. Fits my laptop which is roughly A4 with no issues. Comes with a cute little zip bag to match.

Height, width and depth of the bag is perfect to put A4 folders in or magazines into, internal and external zipped pockets are of a suitable size to get a large mobile phone into with ease and the purse is a very nice size. Excellent quality for the price, I am very pleased with my purchase

If u like a bag with plenty of room this bags for u ,long shoulder straps to go over you just a nice bag all round x

Lovely bag and purse! Worth the money

I bought this bag for a holiday, and it did the job perfectly, with the long strap I could wear it cross body and the small bag also included was most useful for small items or when I didn’t need the big bag. Very pleased with it.
