This is the very best "cook book" I"ve ever had. It doesn't give you a ton of recipes but teaches you have to cook and make great meals WOW, WOW, WOW. Using her techniques I made the best turkey I've ever done. Chicken too, leg of lamb. Sooooo good. There is a Netflix series on it too that goes along with the book. It helps. I'm a much better cook now that I've been in my whole life

Great little journals and comes with an accordion file for small recipe cards.I love the case they come in. Look great on cookbook shelf

Perfect size to keep in your car or at the bedside. I’ve even used one to keep recipe ideas in.

Blank notebooks purpose to-be-determined. If you buy the cookbook maybe. Now I worry the cards are blank so don’t order that either! I preferred the hard cover book. Old fashion I suppose.
