Product is working fine and as I expected. But time settings are very limited. No way to be on for more than 90 min! No solution
I got mine from Load4Less on amazon marketplace. Terasage package box seal cut open already when I received. Product is working fine and as I expected. However, timer maximum limit is 90 minutes. I would like have it up to 3 hours.

Could work miracles for fibromyalgia
Got it for a friend, who has life-long fibromyalgia and related sleep problems. Here's what she said:"I wish to say a big thank you for the Ion Therapy Mat!!! DANGEROUS!
Medium size pad caught fire during use! This product is UNSAFE!After about 25 minutes use on a medium heat setting, it suddenly got VERY hot and burned me. I could smell burning and when I looked down there was smoke! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

This is a beautiful mat and very calming and soothing but not enough to make me sweat. It is also very expensive. I also bought an infrared sauna DURHERM XLarge EMF FREE Negative Ion FIR Infrared Portable Indoor Sauna w/ Chair Footpad and it is cheaper and works best of all.

Great for Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia hates to see this pad coming to any household where someone has this problem. It sooths the nerve endingsand provides warmth throughout the body. This is great for arthritis and any nerve or muscle problem.

fabulous pad
everyone loves this pad. even heat. able to control the settings as needed. I use it in a PT practice where it is difficult to control the room temp. this pad eliminates the need for a heater.

Don't waste your money
Electronics on this is a joke. Don't waste your money! It turns on by itself and doesn't turn on at all most of the time, so I have to unplug it and start again. And... It's the most uncomfortable mat I've every slept on. Soooo not worth the high price!!!

Good choice for a large-size pad
I bought this as a cheaper and more portable alternative to the Biomat. I am using it to help me through cancer treatment, including multiple surgeries. I also plan to use it in my Reiki practice. Based on my subjective experience, I do think that it can trigger a healing response if it is set to just the right heat (5 for me) and length of time. This response is noted as breaking out in a minor sweat along with a characteristic change in consciousness. (Sorry, that is the best I can do to describe it.) I also suggest trying it WITHOUT the heat, just to experience the vibration of the jade. That is plenty of jade and if you are at all sensitive, you will notice something when your entire body is in contact with it.The Therasage full-size mat has its uses and I am keeping it, but I am still considering the Biomat mini, which I have experienced in the office of a massage therapist.
