Nice and easy to use, a perfect tool. Just add 2 mm to the insert size to get the drill size, so a 7 mm hole for an M5 threaded rivet. Easy.

This gun has loads of power to pull the supplied rivet nuts. These can be used in cardboard fabric leather etc, as well as wood and metal. It comes with the common sizes from M3 to M10. It's really solid and sturdy and should last a long time. Changing the fitting is quick and easy. It comes with a plastic box for storage. Recommended.

very pleased with this.Used it yesterday to replace a captive welded nut in my chassis on my classic subaru which normally repairing would of meant cutting the top of the chassis from inside the car and stripping the interior...a good days work but with this tool i had it done in about 30 minutes.Its easy to use with a strong build and included tooling is very high standard...would recommend this product for the price its excellent.

It has to be said : The instructions could be better. HoYouwever I suggest you play (waste) one or 2 riv.nuts before using the tool in anger.I can see why some people have broken the smaller sized adapters. The tool is very strong, and the instructions suggest that you startr at 90 degrees open, and then fully close them. This is where the problem comes. you need to stop squeezing when the riv nut is fully clamped in. It you continue, beyond fully crushed, the tool is strong enough to sheer the adapter. This is why you need to practice in "open air" so you see how it works , and how to judge when to stop.I can see me making a lot of use of this tool. I wish I'd had it before I fitted a whole set of weld nuts on my kit car build.The instructions on the advert are better than those in the leaflet. But Once you've worked out how it works it's very easy to use.

After reading the reviews of several of these guns and working out how the action works as best I could from the supplied pictures I decided to buy this one and am pleased I did. I’ve used it on several workpieces and found it a joy to use, the feedback through the tool makes it easy to know when you’ve reached its furthest and tightest point of operation and to remove it from the newly fastened threaded rivet is simplicity itself. It comes in a moulded plastic case with a few of each different sizes to get you up and running with a set of small well marked colour coded boxes holding all the other sizes. Very happy I decided on this model and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Outstanding rivet gun. Ideal for putting threaded rivets into a plastic shed when you di not have any fixing points. A very good range of different thread sizes are included in the box. The sturdiness of the actual rivet gun is professional level and is definitely built to last.

I’ve only used this tool once to fit 2 x Nut Inserts to my mower bed where self tapping screws had pulled out, but have to say it did a sterling job and was simple to use and proved to be invaluable - I’m sure that it will be a tool that I will use over and over again

when you find out to use it then it is very good. so untill then it is not. if you dont screw it in the full way first but about 3/4 way and squese to insert part of the way then screw it in full way and finish tightening especically with large 12mm ones
