We all know that regular crib bumpers are considered dangerous, yet they are still sold everywhere and most people still put them on their children's cribs because they are so darn cute. I did use a regular bumper for a while, but when my baby started burying his head in them when he slept at night it made me nervous. I considered purchasing a mesh bumper, but read many reviews about them not staying on very well and they dont pad the hard crib slats.I came across these bumpers searching online for alternatives, and while no Dr. will ever recommend a crib bumper as "safe" for liability issues, I truly believe the wonder bumper is the best option out there. They zip up around each crib slat with like 1/4" padding all around, they are reversible, washable, they securely hide baby monitor cords, and you can tuck the reversible zipper on the inside so baby can never get to it. Plus, if you have a convertible crib, you can still use these bumpers for your child's headboard to make it a little more comfy. They are TOTALLY worth the price! Oh, and as a side note, I would call the chocolate color more like charcoal. I have it on my ebony finished crib and they don't look brown.

We love these wonder bumpers.Hubby and I are pretty worrisome parents and SIDs dangers are ever present on our mind. When we transitioned baby at 6 months to the crib in his room, we didn't love the idea of the traditional bulky bumpers at all; but at the same time, baby was an active roller throughout the night. The bumpers make the space between the slats too small for him to get a hand or foot stuck. Now at 8 months and with the ability to crawl, sit up, get up on his knees or even stand up, we still love these cushiony bumpers and have had no problems. We originally bought the set of 38 which would have been enough for slats on all 4 sides but my husband felt that we needed to cushion up the four corner posts too. Since these are all zipper-based, he just zippered two together to create a piece that would fit the corner ones. And then we bought a few extras.The zippers are really well made, slide easily, and I wish more zippers were like these.

I ordered these a few months ago and purposely didn't write the review right away. I washed them before use which was a major pain since the foam inserts got all bunched up. Straightening them out was a major pain. Putting them on was also quite a hassle, and one bumper had a zipper sewn on incorrectly so it didn't work. I didn't bother trying to get it replaced. But once these were on, I think they have worked really well. My daughter rolls around the crib all the time, and climbs on the bars horizontally. I don't have to worry about her bumping her head real hard as she did before. I can tell that she really likes how they feel on her hands, sometimes she pets these since they are soft! It's a bit of a pain to get the crib sheet changed because the bumpers make the mattress fit into the crib really tightly. But I think overall I am glad that I bought them.

My 7 month old would constantly wake up after hitting his head while sleeping we needed something to help pad the inside of his crib. The traditional crib bumpers are cheaper but considered dangerous due to suffocation risks. This product was our solution to our sleepless nights. I like the fact that the bumpers are reversible as we only wanted the white color. The bars on the front and back of our crib are quite wide and these bumpers were able to fit over them. About half way through one of the zippers broke into several pieces. The zipper didn't just come off the track it literally disintegrated ( see pictures). We through about returning the bumpers but we had two extra bumpers and frankly couldn't wait any longer with out something to protect my son while he sleeps. Great product but at this price there should be no issues with the zippers.

We got this for our son's crib. Went through a lot of different kinds and stopped at this one.-He cant take it off even now that he is 18 months.-All over protection-Easy to wash and handle.-Its a great investment if you are thinking about having more kids because this can be used for both girls and boys :)-It is stylish and can easily be matched with any crib bedding.If you need more then 38 pieces they also come in 2 pack :)

Super easy install - a few minor zipper jams due to bent metal ends. Super soft padding has already helped against my 7 month old's tendency to ram her head into the crib bars when she is sleep crawling. This was a worthy investment and will most likely help when she learns to stand up in her crib. Thanks Go Mama Go Designs.

I wish I knew about this earlier and got this sooner. Our baby can still hold on and grip the rails but no longer hurts his head when he he bumps his head on the rails. The only thing is I wish there were bumpers for the corner and the top rail (our little guy is tall and can pull himself up to the top rail). Love the product though.

These are one of the best baby items ever. I was desperate to find a safe bumper alternative and this fits the bill. My baby was sleeping peacefully through the night for at least 2 months when we suddenly had a scare with her traditional bumper. She managed to get herself caught between the bumper and the rails, but luckily we were close by and got her out quickly. Long story short, we took out the regular bumpers that day and she has been waking up several times a night due to bonking her head on the crib slats. The first night we put these little miracles in her crib she slept great again! Hooray, I can finally get some sleep again. The cream is a yellowy cream and the brown is almost black in color because it is dark. they look good on my walnut stained crib though. As a side note, you can buy sets on the wonder bumpers main site that come with the bumpers, sheet, and crib skirt for not very much more money than you pay for just the bumpers on amazon. Also, binky's will fall through the crib slats. We purchases a wubbanub binky with a little stuffed dog attached and that fixed our binky dilemma. Save yourself some worry, and sleep and buy these!
