These are great for attaching your flash guns so you can work remotely from your camera body. They fit on your lighting stands. You need to adjust and tighten the shoe that holds the flash gun, otherwise it will be be able to turn if firing into an umbrella. The shoe itself is very secure though, but once tightened in position with a hexagon screw fitting, the flash gun will remain in one place. Good value for money.

Very easy to use and made of metal.I like that you can set the angle and the quality of the connectors.

This is a perfectly adequate bit of kit, and does what it says in the description, but would have been a 5 start rating if it had a larger lever to adjust the clamping bit rather than a just a knob. Otherwise it's great.
